I would like to thank pchelpman for all the help he has given me over the last 10 days in cleaning out my pc which was riddled with spyware and other nasties. He has been very patient and explained everything as clearly as possible which I really appreciated as I am a complete non-techie. This has been a huge lesson to me and he has shown me how to be more aware when it comes to security on my pc. He has given up LOADS of his time to me and does this all the time with other people too. I could not have afforded to take it somewhere to be fixed (and I don't think they'd have done as good a job) and I could not have got through this very stressful week without him.

Me too, I nominate her also. I have only just started to post on these forums. The same questions are asked over and over again on the Boots thread yet the regulars are always willing to answer the queries from newbies. Its a huge thread which is made so much easier to follow with the regularly updated post by Liverbird on the first page.
