    Hi guys,

i am in overdraft, its a necessary evil at the mo cos the interest on the tax is costing me more than the o/d so today i have paid £150 to HMRC = £14,900

Whitewing, i know about a backchatting child. Go into the kitchen and make a cuppa. My eldest is 9 and i still put her on the bottom step if she oversteps the mark. Nasty mummy.

Hi Hypno, how are you getting on honey?

All these narky children! My 6 yr old is usually pretty well behaved, but had a major paddy last wk. He literally screamed at me!!! I think it's down to having to get back into the daily routine and coping with lots of new changes and info at school in new classes.

Lemma - i'm sorry the tax office have been harrassing you but i'm glad you've got it sorted. Being in debt is such a roller coaster. I always feel like i'm living on the edge. OH has had no income for well over a month. He's been told it's unlikely he'll be entitled to any benefits 'cause of being self employed. It doesn't matter he's worked all his life, including serving 8 yrs in the army. How do these families manage to claim benefits for years without doing a days work ever???

Ooops i'm slipping into rant mode. I hope the money chaser person does a good job for you ;)
