We were waiting patiently Lenny..:DBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Do you want to stay in teaching in some way?
Have you ever done any other jobs?
What hobbies do you have - would you like to do something that uses those sort of skills?
Something public fronting or behind the scenes?
Any other skills we should know about, languages etc...."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

I teach primary and i think the recommend a Teacher returners course(just for upto date training) if you want to switch Buffy. Have a look on the TTA site. I am not sure i could advise on the teaching of it at times though..quite frankly it can be very bad.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Buffy~you could try that careers thingy that you answer multiple choice q's and it comes up with ideas.
Not sure what you teach but you could maybe travel round different schools~that way if its not a good school you arent there all the time.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Well, I landed at Bristol airport last night at 2200, got to my car at 2210. It wouldnt start, battery was dead (I think I left my courtesy light on when I left it 10 days earlier) if you remember I was in a rush cause the sat nav had got me lost. Also, the brake fluid reservoir was empty too, so I defo had no brakes and defo couldnt drive it anywhere. So this meant a tow to my final destination Plymouth and because I didnt have the requisite cover I had to pay for the tow myself and the price was £400+ and I thought  I was due back this morning at 0800 but at 0030 this morning I had to make a decision, but the decision was made for me, I didnt have that amount of money in my current account. So I asked them to tow it to their garage which was within my 10 mile limit, fix it tomorrow and drop me off at a hotel. I phoned my place of work to let them know this is what I had decided, although I hadnt spoke to anyone in authority but hoped that when they came in to work this morning the powers to be would be reasonable about it and not expect me to pay that amount of money to get towed. Besides anyway I would have been towed to the dockyard because all the garages in Plymouth would have been shut which would have meant another tow today which would have cost more money! Fortunately they were ok about it. So I got a taxi to a hotel that wasnt full £13, booked a room in the hotel £55 and today I decided to get the coach back to Plymouth £38.50 where I will return to Bristol on Wednesday to collect the car. The estimated repair bill is somewhere in the region £100 if they make the repair they think will fix it. Oh what a night and on top of the last week Ive had with the house move it was the last thing I wanted. But Bunny and Jinky kept me company today with a righ text fest. But more importantly I remained fairly positive about it all and I have my fingers crossed it isnt going to cost too much. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
