Hope everyone is well & welcome newbies/returners. So far today I've showered, had a meeting, done errands & laundry. My aims for the rest of the day are to do more laundry, errrands & empty bins

I'm freezing I can't put the fire or heaters on until the Gasman has been sometime between 2-3pm as he needs to take them apart to service/check them :rolleyes: Even a hot mug of soup hasn't warmed me up.

Just spent 30 mins writing up an email to ebay. Someone has used one of my photos for their listing - then listed the same item at the same price but offered free postage :mad: I wouldn't mind but one of the items within the picture is pretty unique in that I bought it from a charity shop and the charityshop price ticket was still on it when I took the picture!

They sent me this :

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

I know that this image has been copied as what are the chances of someone else buying *** exactly the same as mine, down to one of them having the same stickers on the box which were put on there by the charity shop where I purchased the *** ? I feel there would be more chance of me winning the national lottery. However the proof that you asked for :

If you look back at my history of listings from approximately 20th September 2008 onwards, you will see that on a number of occasions I have listed " &*$&$£&". I only have record of one such previous listing (item no. ***** , listed 9th January 2009 and ending 19th January 2009) as I remove the "unsold" listings from the "my
eBay" area once I have relisted it. This is to prevent a previous error of relisting something when it was no longer available being repeated.

I also have it in my photobucket account ( ****** ) . I hope that this will clear things up. If not then feel free to contact me again.

If the buyer had asked I would not have had a problem, but the fact that they used the image and then listed their item for the same price but with free postage has put my listing at a disadvantage which I am not happy about.

I nearly told them what to do with their website, but since I have quite a few bits listed there I thought I'd hold back...for now, especially as some I only listed today :rotfl::rotfl:

Ah well, 1 batch of dishes done, emails dealt with and now I should go move stuff before the gas man arrives so I'm off for a HHC :wave:

haven't done a great deal today, will crack on after my cuppa.

Have put most of the kitchen to rights. But, I fear AnW'sMum has inspired me. I keep looking at the kitchen floor and thinking 'that needs a wash'. Then I start thinking about how she managed to tile her kitchen floor so there's no reason why I can't do mine!

I feel a measuring session coming on....

Living room emptied of boxes, hoovered and tidied
Cook tea
Do Dailies
Catch up with ironing.

Will be busy packing over the weekend.
