Grrrrr, my postie really winds me up. Just delivered post but no parcel. I caught him and asked where it was - 'i gave it to the driver as it quite big', so i asked if i was going to get it? ' Oh. i dont know?' ARGGGGGGHHHH. He has also put a 'sorry you were out' card through my door for the parcel dated yesterday, i asked for it to be delivered today, why the hell did they try and deliver it yesterday:confused:

Just wanted to reply to this one - have you seen this website?

AnW'sMum we did buy it sold as seen and it was a good price ( 3k less than what they were going for) but it had been serviced (I paid extra for it) and they said no damp then. I've mentioned on a forum which swift group staff use that we're very new to caravaning, DP is under 30 so this will influence other purchasing choices in the near future and for years to come, I will of course take things further if they say no. The readings are at 60% which is the max the test machine goes!

Mudbath it's 2 and a half years old, I am so pleased we got the service done now instead of June when due as wouldn't have had a chance even then. No not all vans get damp but I would always say get them serviced (they check for damp then) when you buy it and every year.

Thanks for all the cough up vibes, I have everything crossed to the extent it hurts, just gutted as I know we bought it for a good price but it's still a lot of money and not something I expected to have to deal with.

Got about 20 minutes study time in ( course hasn't officially started yet so I am being good) and cleared stuff from LR. DPs books etc have arrived for his course, well two bog boxes for block 1 (of 5) he doesn't look impressed :rotfl: his experiment pack includes a drinking straw :rotfl: he's doing music. Oh yes his first tutorial is on the same day/time as mine, grrr, they definaely got a block booking discount.
One day I might be more organised...........
