I ***glow*** have just done the spellings to send home with the kiddies instead of doing them in a mad panic after school tomorrow (my job share gives them out on Fridays but I type them out) partly because we are having printer problems at school...
Did balance transfers on my CCs on 31st Dec and the money still hasn't hit the accounts...I am NOT pleased especially as I phoned them last Thurs...***kicks virtual cat***

Currently trying to get my LR into some sort of habitable state! Do some of you remember the saga of the settee we had last October? Well now it fills the room, the room gets cluttered really easily as there's so little room in there and it's really awkward to hoover as well. So I'm now attempting to declutter it so at least it looks something like. I do wish we hadn't had this settee though, however nice it is!

Whenever I do my wiifit test it gets to the BMI bit and says 'too high' lol. Though for my BMI to be in the right range I would have to be 4 stone lighter than I am now, I may be overweight but I'm not that overweight! I don't think BMI really works for short women with big breasts!!!

Ditto. I used to be a size 10 with big boobs and bum (and very hard work it was too - swimming 100 lengths three times a week and living on salad) and I was still measured by the Doctors as being chronically over weight. I am now a 14/16 - but am technically 3.5 stone over weight! My aim is to get back into a 12 and then I will be happy.

For the training courses I would go for something that interests you but has no homework attached - then you just have to be interested on the day.

In the hour I have been sat here the table has gained more than 20 items. Am I a clutter magnet or something? I am now going to bin/put away as appropriate.

  • Rach - If you can measure your body fat its a much better measure apparently (according to my mum the GP), as BMI doesn't work for everyone.

I've done so little today. Did a bit of tidying this morning after the gym, but then my friend texted asking me to go revise with her so I did and we ended up going to a Lebanese Cafe for mint tea and baklava (mmmm) and then buying daffodils ( thinking of you AnW's Mum). Came home to make tea, which was pasta so i decluttered the mushrooms and the end of a jar of pesto which needed using up. I'm struggling as i have to work around the Boyfriend at the moment as he's off college ill. Hopefully he'll feel better tomorrow and i'll be able to get lots of flying and studying done. Exam on Thursday ahhhh.

Lots of hugs to all who need/ want one xxx

  • I'm the same as Rach and Hex - to get to a healthy BMI with WW I had to get to max of 9st2 but they didn't factor in the JJ boobies - my bottom half was a size 8 before they considered me to be a healthy weight whilst everyone in the real world thought I was way too skinny - (BTW and I know this could be TMI but my DH stood behind me and took the weight of said protuberances and they weighed nearly a stone on their own!) - on the Flylady challenge I hope to get down to about 9st12 eventually and that will be plenty thin enough.

Am psyching myself up to go for an hours walk with DH when I get home at 11 but boy is it cold brrrr...
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

    Hi Everyone
Another good day for decluttering - not so hot on the list though. Study has had a super scrub and you can actually see some surfaces again.

I just love hearing everyone's exploits, it definitely provides inspiration.

Mudbath/Triker I am amazed at you fervour - will there be anything left in your houses
? Will you start to fling furniture and children away in a frenzy ..

Good vibes to all that need them

Yes unfortunately, tons of layers of crapola, cleverly hiding all the big decorating/plastering and flooring jobs that have needed doing for the last 10 years.:D I may be some time.;)
