Not done much flying today, the baby has been ill all day, and most of last night too, lots of projectile vomiting going on. have finished the kitchen from yesterday, just need to mop the floor and it's done. done dd's room too, just need to vac in there.
will tackle the living room when she is in bed i think.
lots of washing done though, my machine is always on (or so it feels like), and i have only just figured out how to tidy my linen closet, it's only taken 29 years to learn! i have put each of the duvet sets inside one of the pillow cases for the set, so now they are all together, why i never realised this before i do not know!

Have completely failed to get the work I'd planned on doing finished (or started to be honest!).

Have also failed to get much flying done... however, I have cleared down my mailbox and dealt with a few things that had sunk to the bottom of it. And apparently the filing at work has now been sorted in preparation for my inspection tomorrow

I have also cleared the top layer of my desk and done a bit of filing - found a cheque for £50 that's been lurking there since before Christmas (now in an envelope in my work bag ready to post tomorrow!), and have called the tree surgeon to request a replacement invoice/phone call with amount and bank details as I can't find the original.

Have two bins from upstairs to sort into rubbish/recycling/confidential as its bin day tomorrow.

Well, I suppose at least I haven't made any more mess :p

serena - books are in an envelope and will probably be posted on Friday.

Well the carrot and coriander soup is at the simmering stage and OH has been tied to the sink to do the washing up (including the soup stuff so far) lol. Just remembered that he needs to wash up the stick blender before I use it so best go down and find it before he empties the sink!
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    greenbee - thank you!

dusty - pretty typical that the first lovely day for ages is the one I made a hair appointment... sounds like you've done loads in your garden! I did go out on Saturday afternoon and count the snowdrop noses. I also planted some primulas in the tub by the front door to cheer me up! I'm vey happy with my haircut, and have made another appointment for some colour next Tuesday. Bet it's a sunny day again.

sexymouse - I will remember, promise!

No more flying yet - quick, I need to think of something to justify posting! Okay, I have put three large bags of magazines on freecycle!

Off to make dinner - spag bol, and I need to cook a traybake for the teens.

Tomorrow DD is off to see Neo and !!!!!cat Dolls at the O2 - is she excited?? Just a bit!!

ps - oh, didn't think about that name not posting properly!

snap, pretty much exactly my day!! I feel better now it's not just me!

dinner eaten (DH ate at lunchtime at work as they had a team meal so i had leftover hm minestrone left from the weekend - yum) and trip to Sainsbugs done so all the stuff I need for work in the morning is ready. I have to leave about 7am so much better to have it all ready. I only washed my hair this aft too so should be able to get out quickly.

Feels very odd to be home and have eaten already. DH is studying early so he can catch up on what he missed sun/mon. Plan for the evening is to burn the dvds, read my book and generally chill.
