Greenbee - you've inspired me to go to the gym more again so thank you - at least I know that you're doing it too.

I'm glad its been helpful... I've been finding it a bit of a struggle, but am determined to get back into a routine.

So far this morning I have been to the gym :D (I was a bit late, due to ice on the car), come home, eaten breakfast, cleared the stuff from the draining board and cleaned my dyson... not just the filters, ALL of it :o it hasn't been this clean since I bought it :rotfl: :rotfl: Now I can't use it until its dry...

I'm working from home today (and I have done some work, I sent one email before I got out of bed, and another before doing my workout), so I have a number of bits of work paperwork that HAVE to be done but require quite a bit of thinking time.

    Plan for today, therefore is:

    shower (soon)
file emails as mailbox is complaining
legwax @ 11am, then possibly into town to health food shop as I hate going at weekends
I then have to get two slide packs written and sent out for approval, sort more email and deal with any overdue items I trip over. I plan to eat at around 6pm tonight, so that when I get back from Yoga I should (in theory) be able to go to bed early... we'll see.

And I think I MIGHT be able to fit a bit of flying in at some point too :D
