  • Morning All

So far i have taken DH to work, WM on, washing up done, recycling put out, next doors' dog collected to dogsit.

I am in agony today with my 'lump' pressing on my bowel & bladder (sorry tmi) bearing in mind it is calculated at the size of a 22 wk pregnancy, probably after effects of having to lie still for so long at my MRI yesterday, so not sure how much I'll get done, but will put list up anyway.

Diva more hugs & prayers for you & Tristan

Just been on to the tax office to double check amount owed and they say to check back online 24 hours after filing when it should have adjusted the amount owing to take account of amounts already paid in Jan and July last year!

I know what I am talking about, I think :p put this here for Soappie's benefit as much as anything ;) think we are in the same situation.

Right kids at school, next job, :coffee: and car insurance!

Haven't caught up with the thread from yesterday yet as I didn't get online last night. Despite our early celebration on Sunday we decided to go out for a curry last night as well. Think DH felt bad as he was a bit grumpy the night before, although not once we'd got the food. Anyway he came home with a lovely bunch of long stemmed red roses and a bottle of champagne for me. Diet went to pot with the curry but hey, back on track today!!

Asked my boss last night if it was ok for me to work from home today, as she's not in the office today so there's nothing I can't do from here. So am currently checking emails etc whilst being in my pjs ;) This week is a bit quieter for me and next week is mad so am making the best of it!

Will fly later, back with a list in a moment...when i've caught up! I may be some time!

    Morning everyone!

Good to hear the news about Tabitha pigpen - I'm glad she's ok.
Congratulations Tia on your pregnancy - I hope it all goes well for you.
You're in my thoughts Diva & Tristan.
LadyLiberty I'm glad your scan went ok.
Serena - don't forget me when you write your letters.
Greenbee - you've inspired me to go to the gym more again so thank you - at least I know that you're doing it too.
Flower your mother's drive invader story made me angry - my sister blocked someone's drive once (it was one of those really long drives hidden by lots of hedges so she didn't realise she'd done it) and she got towed by the police and had to pay a lot of money to get it released. Why is it that police forces can't be consistent accross the country?! I'm glad your mum got it all sorted out though.

Did anyone see that Horizon programme on BBC2 last night about why thin people stay thin? It was really interesting. There's a chance that one reason why some people start storing fat cells is because they've caught a virus such as a cold or cough, that multiplies fat cells as one of it's symptoms. Have a look on BBC iplayer if you're interested (it's an hour long programme).

Went to the gym last night, and I think I must be putting on muscle, as my weight has gone up fractionally but my body fat has gone down (see sig). Really I shouldn't have weighed myself on Saturday but I was just curious, so may edit sig again and delete that, and show my once a week results - what do you think? Was absolutely shattered though last night, and have let the washing up build up again so am off downstairs to do it in a minute. I'm working this afternoon so will need to leave here at 12. MIL's for dinner tonight so may not get online tonight as OH has started hogging the computer now too.

Anyone fancy a HHC 10.15-10.45? I need to get a move on with my lists.

    sexymouse xx
