    flylady flower - a few weeks ago somebody parked in front of our garage so we couldn't get out (our garage is in a block of four just along from the house). We couldn't find out who it was so we called the police. He gave him a ticket for obstruction and we were waiting for the tow truck when the driver turned up. Still don't know who he was but he got a ticket for his thoughtlessness, hopefully he'll think twice next time.
