evening everybody!!!!!!!!!!
have been catching up .............
MOF77 thats really bad about DS1's school head and french teacher - what a mess - glad the tribunal are going to get involved and sort it out - hope you had a nice evening - and no sore head today!!!
hex hope you are feeling better
soappie - I knew that would happen - as soon as I heard your brain cells clinking I thought 'soappie will go out and but the tiles for the kitchen floor' and what have you done - just that !!!!! brave decisive woman!!!!!
great before pictures but would have been better with a whole dog!!!!
Still catching up on the thread - fantastic soappie - you have done a brilliant job - careful of your back though! You have made a hard job look very easy!:rotfl: (well it looks like a hard job to me!!)
pigpen :T :T well done on the money thing - having some left over that is brilliant!!!
LG thats fantastic about your jeans :T - I wish I could do that - excellent - you should be well chuffed with yourself!
serena hope you are feeling better now and have made a start on the letters! well done on doing some knitting too!
scared of course you can do it - you are a woman!!!!! and we will [STRIKE]kick you[/STRIKE] support you all the way - its amazing what focussing on a list can do!! well done you!!!:T
mozzy brilliant news on the viewings - keep tidying up and going through cupboards and then the move will be so much easier.
inamess dont be hard on yourself - you have done loads!!!!! :T :T with family around there's always hiccups or extras to do that cant be avoided so dont beat yourself up about things still being on your list or having to catch up at the weekend - forget what you havent done - it comes around again very quickly and until you have got things under control and into routines I wouldnt worry. Try to maintain level one every day and whatever else you can mange and that in itself will make a huge difference.
greenbee sounds like a nice day yesterday - glad you got the bed sorted out and remember its to last 10 years so probably not that expensive if you think about it! Job hunting/career work seems to moving well - whats your mentor going to do if you dont mind me asking - you can pm me if you like to save space here.
froddy glad it was a favourable outcome - wish it would hurry up for you and heal properly:rolleyes:
triker apart from the avocado suite and the stairs your house sounds remarkably familiar!!!!!
SS supergirl :rotfl: :rotfl: psml at the thought of that next door but one!!! scary in a way - what if it had gone on fire!!! hope they catch the bu**ers!!
sorry triker I will be nicking soappies's dog before you!!!!! you have family I have no-one so I need her to keep me company ans you are right she is Gorgeous - I just want to cuddle her!!
sexy thats a nice treat for you getting your hair done for free - I am sure she will be fine especially since she has worked with your hair before it will give her confidence.
G&B glad the WM has arrived - enjoy!!!
diva - have a candle on for Tristan now - hugs for you too
sammiell Hi petal!!! Just plodding along - not too bad - hows the leg doing? Your list is pretty impressive for a hop-a-long!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: good brands like that and in good condition would sell
Essex hope you are feeling brighter after your bad week at work - its great how we get the urge to do these jobs we have been putting off - I have so much to thank the thread for!!
Kazw hope you are not coming down with something - all that work ......:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: well done you!!
TAG Well done gett DS room done - careful when you do the drawers and wardrobe - you never know what you might find!!!
irie - ok you have a lot on your plate with Lo and work and you felt you had to make excuses when you had a visitor so decide which room outsiders are going to see - LR kitchen or wherever and make that respectable and be very strict at keeping it tidy - it should only take minutes to S&S it once you have it done and that would be a great start??????
mags50 wow - if you deleted what you have done you would see that there is VERY little left - what agreat week!!!
Valli sorry to hear you are still *cofing* cof cof.... thats good new about the maintenance isnt itI love them but can never get them on - too fiddly - wish I could cos i think it might help!!

Two bags of "finished with" to a friend, two bags of "finished with" waiting for the charity shop due to a bit of a technical hitch with the plumbing (never buy a house with lead pipes) and I've cleaned the bath this week too (also due to the plumbing incident, but Rome wasn't built in a day.....).
Not quite ready to "fly" yet, but still working on the clutter.0 -

non comprendez! You ok - wondered where you were!
I still don't feel good - my eyes hurt, and I am beginning to think work on Monday might not be a good idea, not least because my cough has become what my mother dicreetly calls 'productive' and what I produce suggests infection...
Add to that my constantly needing to sit down and shut my eyes ...the easiest and most
sensible thing would be for me to ring my 'job share' and send her in...
OOh do any of you recall suggesting I give my DVD player to a refuge either for use there or for use in a rehoming? Well popped to Morrisons (had NO cat food - HAD to go) and bumped into a friend from Uni who is now working P/T for them ...so she is going to come and get it ... because I never got round to contacting them. They would be glad of it either in a shelter or when rehoming she said:D so she's going to come for a coffee and take it - when I am all better!

oh! ta!
***flutters eyes alluringly***
It was the 'getting them on' that threw me - I had visions of her struggling into some kind of foundation garment or bodyshaping tights for some reason...(mind you they're good too)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Did you see that Christmas Shopper's ring turned up? In fact there has been some good news for lots on the thread - Pigpen's cooker, Triker's feeling better, G&B has a new WM and Action Woman (or should that be Wonder Woman?) Soappie has struck again...
as for my financial gain - well I won't count my chickens. But I am looking forward to a grovelling apology from D'hams re the balance transfer foul up..Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
