  • your brave, when this happened with us the lad turned out to be as bad as first thrown out for an nicked everything when he left.he didnt say thanks nor nothing

Am so not hoping this is the case ciciBaltimore but we as a family have started to have things go missing. He took a cigarette from me before school one day and when questioned said he couldn't remember. I reiterated that my pet hates were stealing and telling lies. Since then my sons hair gel and aftershave went missing and was found in his room (only small things I know but he should have asked) and now my son has has 3 x £5 disappear from his room. (Youngster has set his x box up in there as the small room he has only has a tiny telly, they do play the games together, but son is at work between 12-10pm).

The b/f has now officially left but has allowed mum to stay in house (he is the only one on the mortgage) as long as youngster does not go back. He says that if he does then he will stop paying mortgage. She has applied to council but I don't know how long it will take for her to be re-housed. She is also moaning that the benifits she will get will not be enough! I do not see why she could not get ajob as all other children are at school.

I am really annoyed at myself as I am avoiding questioning her because she is upset about break-up, but also she is my dads wifes daughter and to upset her would ultimately upset my dad and I could never do that. Surely if he is out of the picture youngster should be ok to go back? I am starting to wish I had never helped.

    Any advice? ML
