    ok

CEoPC gen Regs 2007 (top of your ticket) Schedule, para 1 items (g) and (h)

That's what it fails to comply with if you can work that in.

I thought you were going to post a draft but I'll do my bit now anyway cos have to move onto other stuff - busy.

"You will be aware that the law requires you to accurately inform me of certain information. I refer you to The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions General Regulations 2007.
Para 1 of the Schedule lists the mandatory content of a PCN. I refer specifically to items (g) and (h) being the 14 and 28 day periods. I note that your PCN follows the wording correctly. You then, however, go on to add a date in brackets for each. In both cases you have miscalculated and added an additional day. As there is no requirement to mention any specific dates anyway, this is all the more misleading.

By extending those periods, each by one day, you have miss-stated my true legal position.
As the PCN fails to comply with the Statutory requirements I believe it is rendered invalid and unenforceable.
You may wish to note that having made the same error for some considerable time Salford City Council have recently corrected it appropriately."

there ya go. Tag it on the end of whatever else you write - and particularly note that you were loading.

    One last thing Manutd.

Don't be surprised when they reject you! I've just heard of a rejection received this week which insists their PCN is compliant.
I'm wondering how they will react to the Salford change though.

No it was the same thing I wrote about in my para. I was just pointing you in the right direction when a few posts ago you said you were going to write that bit yourself as well.

How did this go ManUtd ?

While you've been at it I've seen yet another 'Parkwise' one - and they surrendered relatively easily.
