Hi... so for days and days of searching, today i finally got another £2 leading my total to £10!!!!

I decorated an old jar too - painted it and super glued little beads to it - yes i have alot of time on my hands!!!:D

I was thinking of decorating this one, but at the minute it means noone knows what it's for, it is one of those stop smoking start saving ones but ripped the label off so looks like a tin of beans. Downside being unless I open with a tin opener which will mean after that I can't use it, I can't see whats in. But will also be a nice suprise when I open it.

can't believe i have managed to save this amount in £2 coins in such a short time, and haven't really missed the money.

Well done, sophiesmum - a whole summer holiday for "free" :T (well, you know what I mean...not "free" but money that you haven't missed and would just have been spent on "nothing really" otherwise!). Fantastic!!! :j :j :j

Haven't updated for ages, but just to let you all know I reached the magic £100! That was two weeks ago, just in time to be changed into holiday spending money, and it was great to be able to spend it knowing it hadn't left a massive hole in my bank account!

Piggy bank now very empty with a solitary £2 coin in it now...

Im so pleased with myself!
Just look at my siggy!! In just 20 days!!! And i havent dipped in and pinched the odd one as i used to do when i saved. Probably wont get any for ages now!:rolleyes:
