Have decided to join this club as I got 4 £2 coins in my change yesterday. Now this will be a real test of my willpower as I've got nearly 2 weeks to pay day!
Think I will put it in an old Post Office savings book I found that has £3 still in from 1998...wonder how much interest is due? :D

I finally counted my stash today so that I can buy Euros with them tomorrow for my holiday. My sig said that I had £60 and I actually did have £60! I'm amazed as I'm sure that sometimes I forgot to update my sig and at other times I might have updated it twice, I guess it's averaged out.

Now the dilemma, do I put my total back to £0 or do I carry onwards and upwards. I don't want to set back the group total. What have others done?

I'm off to make another Blue Peter money box now!! Messy, messy!! :D

I show the amount I've banked plus a running total but if you are spending them perhaps you should start your total again from scratch as they are no longer savings ????
