Just got my first £2 :j
Was getting so desperate to find one that I asked a colleague if she had one that she could swap for 2 x £1. How sad is that?!0 -
I was on the tills at work yesterday - there's loads in there! This only happens if we're short-staffed and the first time since I've started collecting them. Makes a nice change for me as it makes quite a sociable evening and time passes quickly so I can get back on this site when everyones gone to bed to catch up on the evenings postings! Lucky I left my wallet at home as the temptation to swap some coinage for a few would have been huge. Would that be cheating? We don't give too many in change though as they are not very popular  I don't understand it myself *reformed character* :A lol0

Disgusting or what? Put in two £1 coins, not my PRECIOUS! This is near Crewe. What are hospital parking charges like around the rest of the country?Weight loss - here we go again - watch this space!

Can I join as well.
I'm afraid I cheated by changing 4 x £1 for 2 x £2 in the petty cash at work. :rotfl:0 -
Is anyone short of £2 coins, then this may be easier for some, join the 20p savings club.

My OH has been laughing at how excited I am when I get a £2 coin. I asked him if I could give him 2x £1 for the one he had and he had the cheek to ask for £2.50! After teasing me with it for 2 days (I refused his extortionate exchange rate) he gave it to me today for nothing...who's laughing nowHoliday Savings = £270.00Credit Card = -£903.41Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 400 - Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsLast Update 23rd October 20070
