That spreadsheet is truly incredible! It just goes to show how much we can all save by putting a small amount aside from time to time. I'm going to sign up as from today - hoping to save enough for a weekend in Paris later in the year.0

I. FINALLY. GOT. ANOTHER. ONE.
That's £14 now!
My housemate wanted to swap "a horrible £2 coin" for two £1 coins for the bus. She was slightly confused [and possibly a little scared] when I started jumping up and down and grinning like a maniac!
I raced upstairs to find her some change! She doesn't get the whole £2 coin savers thingy – oh well all the more for me! I just have to find them...If I don't respond to your posts, it's probably because you're on my 'Ignore' list.0 -
Bit of a late starter but could you count me in
I have £4.00's worth so far saving for my holidays.LBM July 2006 debt 1st August 20060 -
oooh mcardinalblue you beat me to it! I am saving for a present for my mum's 60th birthday next year.
I would like to join too, I have £4 also (found a seam of gold in a collection for maternity leave at work, going to have to remember that one in future).
Can I propose that everyone pays them into their savings account on the same day, then we can see if there is a sudden "flood" of them in circulation?Saving for an early retirement!0
