I got one at last today after going for a while without one but the only reason I got one is I had to pay cash in Morrisons as I've had to cancel my debit card due to it being cloned :mad:

where do u get the tins from saving 20p just started got them in a bisto jar taped up with selotape want 2 try 2pound one me and daughter save copper 5p when we get about 10pound weigh it in at asda and get shower gels and other smellies

I have been waiting patiently for another £2 coin to arrive this week, and finally cracked in the Post Office, and asked if I could have one in the change!

The very nice man said I could have several if I liked, but I could only afford the one.

Very pleased to make it to £20 :j

Now I need to find something to keep them in, and decide what I would like to save for.

Son owed me £20, so asked for it all in £2 coins to make sure I didn't spend - also had another 2 today so that £24 for me today!!!!

finally got another one today £22 now.

I haven't managed to find any today, they really are becoming scarce! But I just checked on the Royal Mint website and there are approximately 269million £2 coins in circulation, so we've still got a way to go before we get them all!
