I think the price of £94 was meant for online only but some stores where selling at the reduced price.

There is another thread where B&Q were selling lots of other items including a washing machine that was reduced by about £400. Were these all mistakes too?On one item you can accept a mistake but not several.Also if it was a mistake why was our money not put back on Monday and were we not all contacted then and what has happened to the interest from it?

The issue has not been the price...the price of the dishwasher is correct as its clearance stock. The issue here is that of how much stock they have which I have heard is zero for online orders. They may have bits left instore ..this maybe at the reduced price or full price.

I tried to order integrated fridge at same time as dishwasher as these too were greatly reduced and they said out of stock therefore why didn't the dishwasher too.

I've just called and have been issued with a refund. This is definately discontinued and will not be sent to anyone. The woman said that the refunds will be issued in about 10 days. I just asked to cancel the order now and have my refund issued today.

I've just phoned up to confirm the status of my washing machine and hob - both are apparently in stock and the delivery date has been confirmed for next week....so here's hoping they arrive and they were not mistakes. However, I was also told I'd been charged for the dishwasher too, and this wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for at least a month - the CS person seemed particularly cagey when telling me this...

Toto, who did you phone? I've just phoned up the normal customer services number on the email order confirmation, and the lady I spoke to assured me they'd be back in stock after a month (not that I believed a word she said).

I phoned the number on the email which is 0870 0101 006, I did ask if they would be back in stock as I'd heard they may be in a month. I was told no, that the item was discontinued and wouldn't be back.
