I have a manager phoning me back tomorrow, regarding the above. Explained I wanted a suitable replacement etc. Will post the outcome tomorrow. That is if he bothers to call back. Who are you sending the letter back to, if necessary?

I vote to keep the thread running - today will no doubt reveal whether anyone is getting the infamous dishwasher or not, and people will need somewhere to post about it.

However...yes, let's get rid of all the garbled rubbish on the last few pages.

Are we now finding that the dishwasher is out of stock? I phoned for a delivery date and was told the supplier should give one with the next week or so. No indication of it not being available.

NO-ONE WILL GET THESE!!!

I work for B&Q in store on the showrooms, these models have been discontinued for over 6 months by the manufacturer. These lines are delivered straight from the Suppliers to you, YOU WILL NOT GET THEM!!. These prices were given to clear old stock that has been lingering around in corners of Warehouses/Overstock pallets/etc. I'm sorry to be the bearer of this bad news, but if anyone honestly thinks that they have a hope in hell of getting this then you are disillusioned.

We could all carry this thread on for the next couple of weeks, with hopes raised & then dashed, or we could scoure the internet for the next best gargain/misprice that we won't get.either

Also there was one member of staff who posted on that thread who managed to order and get a delivery date for next week. He was called and told that the dishwasher was discontinued. I think he was the only one that got a delivery date that was not from the year 2050!

Oh well..it was worth a try!
