This is a huge breech of data protection and Mr B could get in very big trouble for this. This happened to me a couple of years back when a company I had ordered from sent my order form to some random woman in France who kindly sent it back to me. I ranted at the company abou the fact that anyone could have used my card details etc etc and got £50 from them. This is really not on and with people on here already mentioning the fact that buying online at Boots has led to some dodgy transactions happening on their accounts I suggest you sent these invoives to those people with a note suggesting they ring CS and ask what the hell they are playing at. Worst thing that'll happen is they'll end up with some extra points so they'll not hate you for it. God, Mr B has really got to sort himself out!!!

The despatch note will only have your advantage card number, not a credit card number as it only states the payment type in the upper left hand corner. The despatch note is very scant on details which is a good thing in cases like this.

Ah, that's not so bad then. When this happened to me it was all my card details, card number, expiry date etc.

I have to agree, Boots.com only ever print dispatch notes with quantities (not prices) and AC card details (not credit or debit card details). However, Boots do flout data protection rules - I phoned and discussed my husband's account with no problems. If I did that at work with a wife about her husband's account I would most likely lose my job:confused: I don't understand Boots customer service training.

However, for all the things that have gone wrong over the last couple of weeks I still love Boots for the fabulous pay to shop system they have in place:rotfl:

I was about to pick up some 75% off wrapping paper today when I remembered it's likely to go to 90% on Wednesday.....so very quickly put it all back:rolleyes:

Do you think the seller is mistaking the ROI price which is shown underneath the £70 price:confused: I can't rememer this item ever being sold at £100 (but may be wrong)

Rec'd my .com order and 4 items came damaged. The 3 make up palettes and a perfume set; boxes were damaged and on the palettes the make up was damaged too. Spoke to CS and was advised she was sending the replacements BUT ALSO to keep the damaged items as there was NO NEED to rtn them!!!:j This was a bit of shock as I read some few pages ago replacements were not being ordered?!

Was advised by the lady @ CS replacement order would take 3 to 5 days but have already rec'd the despatch email! And the 3 orders I was due to receive on wed have all arrived, 1 on friday and 2 2day! Quite a service for someone who had a std del, lol!:D

Yeah the original price in ROI is 105 Euros. I'm not sure if the seller is mistaken though, the ROI is in smaller print below the UK price, so they could be just trying to make out like you're getting a better bargain:rolleyes: :rotfl:

There was a certain seller that did the same thing with the R&M red case before xmas, and being the nosy mare i am i'm off to see if its the same seller:D

Was someone asking awhile back about looking for a particular baby changing bag? (or was it just one of 'those' Bootsing dreams we all seem to have).

Anyway, if it wasn't a dream i saw 3 baby pink faux suede changing bags reduced to £15** in Leeds city centre store today.

Also, in addition to the already reduced Mini Mode clothes there was a rail with summer stuff reduced down to £3 & £5.

    HTH.

Have a look out for these Magnetic photo frames on your travels
    2.5" x 3.5"

Were £7.83 now cost 0.49p (includes 10% discount)

The smaller size cost 0.36p (includes 10% discount)

Also the Snowman SUC (Single use camera) £2.25 & BOGOF. They work out at £1.01 each (includes 10% discount) Best before date of 2011.

This was my first day at Boots for quite a while, due to the fact that I am an old wreck. Recovering now thanks to the power of steroids.
