Rec'd my .com order and 4 items came damaged. The 3 make up palettes and a perfume set; boxes were damaged and on the palettes the make up was damaged too. Spoke to CS and was advised she was sending the replacements BUT ALSO to keep the damaged items as there was NO NEED to rtn them!!!:j This was a bit of shock as I read some few pages ago replacements were not being ordered?!0

hi moneysavingone my boots is small and only sell ruby and millie brushes so asked my nice no7 sa if she would try the 500point voucher on couple brushes it was an eyeshadow brush and a concealer brush but it didnt work on either. dont know about the 250 one as i dont have one sorry
Just an idea for people who may have the 500 points (mailing) and/or 250 points (from giftsets) R&M vouchers - don't forget you can use these with a blinkie, so potentially 750 points and £5 off meaning Mr B might kindly pay you to take some make up away.....:Dmoneysavingmumofone wrote: »Thanks Cath, Ill just get a lipgloss then, I love their hotgloss!! And will be a bargain with £5 off and hopefully 750 points.
Sorry, just catching up and I see this idea has already been posted....0 -

Hi everyone, my first post on here so please shout if i get this wrong:o
I tried using the vouchers which were given on another at the top of the page on Boots.com but it kept saying invalid codeany ideas?
Anywho another quick question i'm planning on going to boots on Wednesday for the gift bag and i was wondering how i could / maybe get the free stuff that comes with the blinkie (think thats what its called).
The voucher i have is the £5 off No7 Ruby Millie combined with £20 boots voucher.
Do i just take the free stuff to the till with me? What happens if it shows up full price, do i argue the toss or leave it?
As you can tell i have no idea or tried to do this before.
Any help would be amazing,
Thanks x0 -

The lady said that the sale got taken off .com because they ran out of stock but the sytem wasnt updating the stock levels properly as a lot of people were checking out large quantities at a time, so it seems some people will not be getting some items they have ordered.
I rang .com re 4 items that came damaged and the lady I spoke to was not only able to reorder the items but told me also to keep them FOC!!And I was able to view the replacement order for the damaged items on .com!

Hi JTZ,
It is always worth calling CS. If there is a problem they need to know about it.
I had a problem with an item and they just gave it to me for free. The top was missing from a deodorant and the picture on .com did not match description of another toiletry. I got them both for free with no extra points but I thought this was fair. Before you phone decide what it is you want the outcome to be. Was the item intended as a present , is it only the packaging that is damaged? Be reasonable and not too greedy.
Depends on the CS person, they may automatically offer you something or even ask you what would you like to do. If you are not happy with just a refund then ask them what compensation they are willing to offer you. If the points they are offering is not acceptable then say something along lines of xxx points would be more appropriate recompense I think....
Sorry for rambling!
thanks so much on the advice evryone. I think i'm going to try it with batteries inside, see how it works and then decide on whether calling or not. I'll be happy with points as these are probably oos and i've had an issue last time as well which i hav not called up about...thanks again0 -

Does anybody know please if I can use the 250 points MENS voucher with the normal 250 points voucher in the same transaction?

Flounced into Boots as you do on a cold Monday afternoon. Took back Eau De Toilette gift set. SA gave me refund no problems. Thanks for clarification Ikkle.
Still got tart loads of NO7 HYDRO QUENCH/INSTANT RADIANCE/SUNCARE stuff on clearance. All near the tills towards the mall entrance. Suncare was like £2.50ish and everything else was £5.00+. Also saw heaps of WILKINSON SWORD/GILLETTE with price drop labels on, most of it was like £1.00ish. Quite a lot of Xmas wrapping paper etc on 75% off upstairs along with all kinds of other clutter. Also saw a big clearance pile upstairs near CS desk, all kinds of junk on it.
Did not see any OLAY GWP's that were pointed out by the lovely TIRkiz last week.
Anyway, have fun shopping.
PS. Where do you find the 3 x Cadbury's Creme Eggs? Searched all over and only saw the singular ones.0
