Thats interesting - I wonder if it applies to the Girard gift sets? As they are all half price here.

Had a nice day Bootsing today. I had three blinkies to get rid of and since i was in town I thought I'd try a different Boots. Found some No7 Hydro Quench Day Sorbet at £3.98 so used two blinkies up on them.

Then I went to my big local branch (Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird) to see their new R&M stand. Don't need any more make up so even though I had a 500 points coupon and one blinkie left I decided not to bother with the R&M and gave the voucher to a student that was treating herself. Bought No7 Advanced Hydration Day Fluid (£3.38) with my blinkie instead.

They also had a nice lady in Fort who was promoting the Gillette Putting Set, normally free with any purchase of two Gillette items. (Yes I know they scan at £0.00 but I don't do that glitch.) I picked up two tins of my OHs regular shaving gel at £1.95 per tin thinking it was a good low spend to get a nice putting club for taking camping (lots of pitch 'n putt on campsites) and she told me that I could have one set per item purchased, which I thought was a really good deal. Two kids, two sets. Great!

Also had a Wrinklie that I wasn't sure what to do with until I remembered I had some John Frieda MOCs that I'd been sent. So I got DS some John Frieda Dream Curls using the haircare half of the wrinklie and a MOC.

So...

Shop 1. Hydro Quench Day Sorbet. £3.98 in Clearance.
Used Blinkie so £0.00 to pay.

Shop 3. JF Dream Curls £4.69

Gillette Sensitive Shave Gel £1.95 x 2
Gillette Putting Set GWP x 2

Used Blinkie, Hair Care part of Wrinklie, £2 MOC when buying JF styling products. Paid £4.59, gained 24 points and another Wrinklie.

Total spent over all three shops £4.59. Points gained 24. Plus a Wrinklie. Came out with a full carrier bags of products and GWPs for that so was very pleased. Oh and the Gillette lady gave me four samples of their new moisturiser for men for DH and DS to try.

Still can't find any HE. I don't even know what it looks like but i did get some herbal essence for 73p and 100 pts

I really wanted the p&p hand cream but the acm didn't give me a voucher boo hoo so got some serum for free.

Really would like the no 7 gwp but i can't afford to spend another £8 to get it.

obviously mr.B fixed the glitch when people are using £10 off NO7 = £5 off blinkie + £5 off acm, the £5 acm might come back on monday or after.
The acm gave me 3 x £5 off P+P the other day, but not used them yet as I got ½ price electrical with my gwp, cos I had no blinkies left lol.

The dalek bubblebath was one of the xmas stickered items i got price checked in Leeds this week...came up at full price. There were loads of toys with the Green parcel sticker still attached...Glitter Babes, Bratz, HSM, Dora.
