Folks just an update to show you how awkward they are being on me at our local store. Went in and went to purchase
L'Oreal Men Expert Wrinkle Decrease Skin Renovator 60ml
as far as I was concerned that was covered by the voucher as Loreal Wrinkle Decrease is stated on the coupon and on Tc's on back went to the counter item was £5.82 told by supervisor the mens version wasn't covered on the offer asked her were the exclusion was on the coupoun of course she couldn't show me and eventually parted with the item at a cost of 82p to me. I go in the following day and they have printed signs now up at the item stating that the mens version is excluded from the offer. Has anyone else had this problem would love someone to try just out of interest as they really have it in for me. Very tempted to shout harrassment and take this further. If I am wrong and it is excluded please let me know because when I am wrong I am wrong and can accept that.TIA
You're not wrong - it appears your whole store is now, if they've put signs up saying you can't use your skincare voucher on men's L'Oreal Wrinkle Decrease. I would definitely contact CS about this whynot - this is ridiculous.0 -
mi55moneypenny wrote: »They did when they were still till spits but since the last skincare £5 voucher which I think was about October, they only cover specific bits of the Time Delay range i.e. skin treatments in gold packaging but not daily range in pale blue which we previously got loads of for free because most items were under £5. I doubt the new skincare vouchers will work on mens TD but I haven't tried it lately.
The included Time Delay this time is Wrinkle Prevention, Wrinkle Reduce, Mature Skin, and Skin Treatments ranges.0 -

Hi ...Noticed last day to buy foundation with voucher from the MF gwp , points worth £3 or $4,50 euro. girl scanned euro side and gave me 450 points against a £6.31 foundation. Got voucher. Saw earlier today someone mentioned pink straighteners at half price £7.49. Tend to rely on daughters ghds or if sleeping out have a pair of Nicky Clark but plates a bit pitted now, so I had a gift card. Got to till with these, plus Umberto Gianni hairspray and Olay cleanser wash thing, used the £2 and 150 points from acm for hairspray and the £5 voucher. However, hairstraighteners went thru at £3.82. Got another voucher. Then went back to stand where hairstraighteners were as my cheapo tesco hairdryer which admittely I have had for a couple of years isnt working. They had the pink travel hairdryers at £7.49 but guess what £3.82 at till. So quite pleased0

When I was instore the other day I printed an extra £5 voucher from the machine. It does say on the back that it can only be used on the date specifed overleaf. Now it does say 29th Jan but it also says valid until 24th Feb. Do you think I'll get away with using it tomorrow with a blinkie and a 250 points voucher?0

Then I went to my big local branch (Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird) to see their new R&M stand. Don't need any more make up so even though I had a 500 points coupon and one blinkie left I decided not to bother with the R&M and gave the voucher to a student that was treating herself. Bought No7 Advanced Hydration Day Fluid (£3.38) with my blinkie instead.
I take it that means the new stand is open for business then? Might head out there tomorrow - was tempted to get a couple of the Too Faced Galaxy Glam eyeshadows with the 3 for 2, but the only R&M stuff I'm interested in at all is the concealer and Princes Street only had dark colours today.0 -
