Being male, I have no need for the GWP nor any of the products that would need to be purchased to get the GWP, but I half want one just to see what shade lipstick I'd get and whether I'd get a voucher! :rotfl:

If you've been looking at the posts for the last 3 months, you'll know there have been oodles of posts asking what the latest glitch is, what is a Pinkie/Blinkie/Wrinklie etc, when the answer is 3 posts back, and there are so many peeps who, having been given the reply, don't even press the Thanks button.

The Lady Who's Being Intimidated: Just adding my tuppence worth, this is absolutely wrong to make you feel like this. Personally I'm fine on the outside, when faced with controversy, and always deliver my speech quietly, never shouting or swearing or rising to the bait. Inside I'm a nervous wreck!!!!!

But my BF can't cope with a nasty SA or Supervisor, and has been in tears before when challenged about vouchers, and if she's on her own, she'll scuttle away with her tail between her legs. Not being detrimental here of course, it's just she's shaking like a jelly both outside and inside, cos that's the way she is.

The nasty SAs are just being bullies. You shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable, and as a first step, I would phone CS, and ask them what they suggest you should do. I think someone else suggested this too.

Lippygate: We've got to crack the code on the outside wrapper, because there's no way we can say "Hang on a mo please before you give me my GWP. Would you find awfully taking the wrapper off and checking the lipstick shade please and while you're at it, where's my voucher?"

Obviously the code on the outside (not the bar code, the other one) signifies the colour of the lippy (and if it has a voucher).

My number 60 (sorry, OP identified the colour, and I can't remember) has the code 31115 478 NO VOUCHER . Then My Golden Rose has the number 29294 488 VOUCHER.

I know some peeps have thrown away the wrapper, but p'raps we can get a list going, so that we could then identify both the colour, and whether or not we'd be getting another £2.50 deducted.

Oops, I've just remembered that No 60 is Chic. So:-

Chic 31115 478 No Voucher
Golden Rose 29294 488 Voucher

Don't try justifying asking a question as it is fine to ask if your a busy bee and can't spot what your looking for...there's alot more useless posts than asking what you did for goodness sake!

And we know your lovely and polite...even if you had not said you would be grateful, the way you ask nicely means that most people understand that you were not expecting things handed to you on plate etc

I could only find the Model me range reduced, and the 150pt AC voucher beeped. Are others having the same problem? It was exactly the same the last time this time offer was on.
