Congratulations to SeptemberBaby and shopping_mad.:j:j
I had big babies. DD1 was about 8lb, DD2 9lb, DD3 10lb. I was very concerned when expecting ds, thought he would follow the pattern and be 11lb, but he was a diddy 7lb something.
i gave birth to a monster, he was 11lb. had a normal delivery, it wasnt pleasant lol0 -

Feeling very sore after emergency c section but got 3 or 4 blinkies (Correct / current term?) to use up. Also need nappy sacks and odds and ends.
Hoping to pop in over the weekend... can I just check that the pantene 100pts offer is still valid on the sachets? And does anyone know of any offers on Mini Mode, specifically the sleepsuits? Bought some beautiful ones in Newborn but they go up to 9lb 9oz and my not so little girl is about to grow out of them after 1 wear
TIA
congratulations on the arrival0 -
Typical...the boots sale has been taken off line....due to lack of stock!
However...all the items in my basket/ or in my favorites, are showing as in stock! Including:
No7 Liplicious set, FCUK pure and polished overnight bag, No7 Nails set, No7 travel collection,
S&G bag, as well as the jelly bean dispenser!
But everything is full price.............
Is this Mr B's way of telling us off for finding all those glitches and cheeky ways to earn lots of points throughout the year.:rolleyes:0 -
forgot to say, they also had loads of 17 skin awakening blush for 75p, in ramsgate store hth someone0

I think it is Mr Boots way of showing us that he doesn't care about his customers
(pure sour grapes on my part as I wanted a sewing box for £5, a wind-up radio for £3.75 & a huge stack of S&G.... none of these items were in my local store !!!!!)I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

Funny you should say that. I just did a customer survey and have pointed out that very thing to Mr B...only a few moments ago.
Never mind we have all had our share of glitches and deals...with hopefully many more to come...
all with minimum spend and maximum gain for us.:rotfl:0 -

Afternoon peeps and peepesses,
I know this of off topic so apologies in advance. I am sure this has been posted somewhere else on MSE, but I know most people don't go through the whole site. Just been to ASDA. Cheap cleaning products. 2 x Fairy washing up liquid (500ml each) for £1. 2 x Mr Muscle glass and window cleaner (500ml each) for £1. 2 x Mr Muscle kitchen cleaner (500ml each) for £1. 2 x Toilet Duck toilet freshener (or whatever it is) for £1.
These are super bargains, and granted they may not be cosmetics, it's good to take advantage of them if someone has not cleared them all out.
Thanks.0 -
First of all congratulations to our new mums, shopping_mad and SeptemberBaby..well done you!
Also, at giving birth naturally to a 12lb 10oz baby Funkyfarmgirl!!!
Anyway to keep it on topic, for once I actually can, usually my posts are just drivel  but I got talking to a SA in Chester the other day about the fact that all the shelving has been moved around so that even the staff don't know where everything is and she told me they are getting
Self service tills !!
Wow...a whole new thing to learn for me. :rotfl: Will be interesting, apparently they are to be at the front of the store somewhere.
Will post again when they are finally there.
HTH someone.
I'm also half expecting my sale order to be cancelled, I ordered at 08.18 but its still showing as 'We have received your order', even tho I got a confirmation email. Wish I'd opted for next day deliv now..not earmarked to be delivered until the 28th!!!
Wish me luck cos I missed the first sale online and I will scream and scream until Im sick if it doesnt come.0
