My DF kept me awake till 3am this morning.

He was trying to work out how many bottles of reduced HE we would need to buy to be able to pay for a digital SLR i have been after with points.

He is now on the hunt for 350 bottles reduced to 37p  therefore giving us 35000 points which is what we need for the camera.

I have no idea where he is gonna get 350 bottles from and what the hell he thinks im gonna do with 350 bottles?

£129.50 it will cost to get the £350.00 worth of points we need therefore saving £220.50 and gaining 350 bottles and unlimited blinkies.

    HE'S GONE MENTAL

He's on a mission and gonna ask every manager in every store he goes to today if they have anymore out back.

When i asked him what i was supposed to do with all that shampoo etc he said well you could keep some and give the rest to charity or something.

Im pleased he's getting into this bootsing stuff but i think he's taking it way to far now.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

I fear you may have some Bootsing competition in your house! Seriously though- it's actually a really clever idea if he can pull it off! Well done Mr PrincessWoo! :T

It's been a whole week since I've been to Boots  But I have had my Baby Girl - 13 days overdue  9lb 8oz

Feeling very sore after emergency c section but got 3 or 4 blinkies (Correct / current term?) to use up. Also need nappy sacks and odds and ends.

Hoping to pop in over the weekend... can I just check that the pantene 100pts offer is still valid on the sachets? And does anyone know of any offers on Mini Mode, specifically the sleepsuits? Bought some beautiful ones in Newborn but they go up to 9lb 9oz and my not so little girl is about to grow out of them after 1 wear

    TIA

    CONGRATULATIONS:j :j :j
  • Future possibilities

    Dinkie - a little voucher
Jinkie - this ones going to need an override
Kinkie - Connected with the Winkie
Linkie - This is the long voucher
Minkie - This is for Haemorroid cream ( spelling )
Stinkie - We're not going to like this one unless it's for nappies
Zinkie - vitamins Good for the +1 crew & colds & flu

    The possibilities are almost endless
Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:

Good idea. But a few extra thoughts.....

    1) Forget the blinkies...make sure you use the "Get 350 points when you spend £35" or whatever vouchers from the ACM.

2)Make sure you get all these points on the same card, remember.

3)You could shift the HE in your local carboot sale for 25p a bottle or whatever, 5 for £1, and make some money back.

    4) Donate it to your local womans refuge/the swimming club/just use the stuff. It's not that bulky, doesn't go off and my family would only take three years to get through it....actually, forget that last. Just give a dozen bottles to everyone that comes into your house for the next week, including the gas man....

    5) Or make them the booby prize in the next golf club raffle?????

:rotfl: He does eat alot it's true, he's not chubby though. So much for people thinking vegetarians (well a little bit of a pescetarian in his case) are thin/small :rotfl: I just swapped sizes as soon as any leaks appeared (sorry for the TMI).

DD was in size 5s for a loooooooooong time right up until she was fully potty trained just before her 3rd birthday (a reluctant madam!) but she was definitely later going into him than my mini mammoth! Size 5s are definitely for stocking up on

To keep on topic, most of my nappies (including some reusables) are from Boots, and Boots' potty training terry pants are the best :p

is that your DS in the pic? he is gorgeous:)
