I bought 3 glossy locks last weekend. They were reduced to £1 each and 3 for 2 and, so 3 for £2, than I bought something else (I've bought so much No7 this last couple of weeks I can't remember what) to make spend to just over £5 and used blinkie.

Bought a meal deal for the first time today, very good value with oasis on bogof and more 73p HE conditioner for more points and to get new voucher. I think someone who also reads this board was in there too as I was thinking of buying shampoo too and I returned to shelf minutes later and the'd all gone. I don't quite know how they are deciding which HE to reduce. Large bootles of colour HE were 88p the other day and now small ones are £1.76 and it's the same old packaging.

Have just read jazzteddy's reply to Rose and she's put it far better than me. I didn't read mine through before posting and seem to have typed "did someone have a go at you then" about 27 times!

DGS is still asleep so I'll shut up and go and do some ironing!

just a small find this lunchtime

ACM is pumping out £1.50 off "when you buy any product from the Boots Expert men's range"

Clearnance shelves have got "expert mens aftershave balm" and "expert mens sensitive shaving oil" for 98p (down from £3.18) ... SEL not sticker so presumably in all boots.

So a 52p profit on ech item --- or 52p off another item + a free men's shaving product!

One word of warning - voucher did not work automatically so SA had to enter it. This sort of scuppered me as I was going to go round multiple times but with only one till open (and a long queue) felt that could be problematical.

I also got a GWP with NO7 but there wasn't a points voucher in it so maybe some just got left out. Pity!

Model me shampoo and conditioner was 62p but the cheapest HE was reduced to £1.41, old style packaging in 400ml bottle.

All fragrance sets still at prices last week.

Does anyone know if any of the Nwcastle stores are doing the reduced HE shampoo and conditioner?

I have just come back from the Metro Centre and from what I saw all of theirs were full price.

I like to take the odd bargain to my local Woman's Refuge and I thought they would be ideal, that's if I can find any!!!

I could kick myself! I saw these today, and didn't think to get some with one of my £2 off vouchers.

I had a good morning in Broadmead and did get 1 of the large HE for coloured hair. Managed to get somer clearance things to use with the new blinky including Charles Worthington and Model Me. There was some elephant baby biscuits reduced tro 37p a box so I got 3 of those!! There was also quite a few toys with the Christmas gift stickers on so I took one to the tills and asked if they were reduced. They came up as full price so I said surely they should be reduced as they are Christmas stock. The SA phoned through to someone and they agreed to give it to me for the 75% off!!!! So worth asking. There were some Iggle Piggle things and Doctor Who. A few Gillette things reduced also.
