Nothing so far but I may go to the pub for lunch (feeling better after weekend in bed with flu and deserve a break). Being generally hyperactive spending more than 2 hours in a room kills me so 2 days was murder!
2 meals for £6 though so only £3 and then a blackcurrant and soda (50p). Healthy month planned0 -
i've just done a workout at my sister's, so that was free. I also walked there. However as it's my day off work I've got to fight the urge to pop to the shops as I don't need anything. Got a cooking session planned for this afternoon too. Baking and shepherd pie. :coffee:A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.

Nothing so far. Won't last though
Spent most of the weekend clearing a horrid big cabinet we hate in the living room of all our old cds, and listing them on Amazon. As a result, I have ELEVEN :j parcels to post today. Bought some jiffybags from the pound shop on Saturday, but only ten, having a few spare, so will need to get some more at some point. I'm rather hoping most will go second class for less than 50p each, but still ... we have about £25 to come from Amazon for them, though. otherwise, have holed my jeans (asda ones, £12 more than a year ago) so need a new pair ... although might try to postpone that purchase for a few days ...Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 002 :rotfl:0 -

Sorry to hear that Skintchick!! They finally told you then?? You'll be fine - at least you've got savings - something will come up!! And perhaps it will be a bigger & better job where they pay you on time :0)

Skintchick, I'm so sorry to hear that! I really hope you manage to find another job soon, maybe even a better one (pay or otherwise). Sometimes bad things like that can work out well in the end, but thats probably not how you feel right now (understandably!) so feel free to slap me, metaphorically of course
I hope you have a reasonable notice period to be able to find another job or a lump sum that can keep you going for a while.
Best of luck with it
