No one mentioned putting it on the dash, but i and now some others mentioned sticking it to windscreen where it meets the dash, if it falls of it will then sit face up on the dash..hopefully

My OH got a ticket because his permit from the Local Council was placed on the dashboard incorrectly, he wrote and tried to appeal but was unsuccessful.

Ie, on the dashboard, rather than in the lower left hand corner of the screen?
