Also they do kids party packages which were about £8 per child I think and this was for 2 games, a meal, treat for the birthday girl etc.
Do you have an NUS card? If so remember to ask if there is a student discount
This was her first choice, it is £10.50 a head. I could do the 6 min but was worried that if we have a repeat of last year, no !!!!!! will turn up and Ill lose my money! If we went down the village hall route, at least there would be enough turn up!0 -
What would her ideal party be?
Let us know because we may be able to suggest ideas
How about a make and do party ? £Shops often have decorate a bag kits with sequins included? They could decorate fairy cakes with icing and sweeties. They could make princess tiaras/ sit with their feast laid out on a picnic rug and watch a dvd....maybe Enchanted or similar?

Well she is ever so sweet, I have thrown a few ideas at her and she is happy with all of them, her ideal would be a big disco/kareoke with her mates with a theme like HSM or princess/fairy0 -
Do you know anyone who is a dance teacher ...or anyone at you college/ uni doing dance etc.....Could they come along and teach the kids some HSM dance routines?

Why not buy a cheap karaoke machine as her present? I'm sure you could find one on half price at argos or whatever in the post xmas sales? Then they can take it in turns with that and it would be much cheaper than a disco. Dont go over board with the food - sandwiches, crisps and fairy cakes are all you need.MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j
£10 a day challenge Aug £408.50, Sept £90
Weekly.

She has one of those hand held ones from the ELC we can use that! We are going to make a CD of party songs and take our CD player0 -
for decorations you and your daughter could make lots of butterflys and put them up around the hall.
Also what about face painting butterflies onto the guests at the party - doesnt have to be very professional - butterflies would be quite easy0 -
also make the invites by doing the fold in half butterfly thing with paint - lovely individual invites fo each guest0
-
oohh and make butterfly cakes instead of a birthday cake0
