Maybe the DH of the fellow DFW'r will be able to offer some advice on it, I agree with you, if you weren't aware of it at the time then you couldn't have told them, but their argument will be that you should have told them when you found out. But to be fair, how many people would know to do that?? Only insurance geeks like Bunny and I.....lol
