    dunno I used it years ago.....im on Orange & it didnt work either ? maybe standard coding removed at servers from Orange when they started 1p delivery charges.......bug gers!
    SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

    sorry to but in but does this mean i get charged for delivery reports? im on payg or is it just for contract customers?

    if you turn off delivery reports then i dont tihnk you will get charged

    no delivery report - no service - no charge! (although with Orange anything is possible ;))

    Closet debt free wannabe -[STRIKE] Last personal loan payment - July 2010[/STRIKE]:T, credit card balance about £3000 (and dropping FAST), [STRIKE]Last car payment September 2010 (August 2010 aparently!!)[/STRIKE]
    And a mortgage in a pear tree :D

    Yep. Ive just started on payg with orange and after reading this turned delivery reports off straight away.
    I checked my balance an id definitely been charged.

  • yeh, it is a bit sneaky. but it is written into the talkplan - i know most people don't always check this. but it's definately worht a read, especially if you want to know out-of bundle rates, roaming, data etc.

    pS) i believe *0# only ever worked on o2. o2 actually do not allow SMs delivery reports to be run through the handset menu, only via *0#.
