No? Though not:rolleyes:
Maybe you should run our banks:p
I wouldn't think a bank would allow a person, who has been declared bankrupt, to run one.:rolleyes:0 -
For making food available to me, presumably Tescos are to blame for my fatness ?
lol
Well according to the news there is now a slimming tablet available:rotfl:
Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted
I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p

It seems that there are so many people on this thread willing to pass their judgemental opinions that they have forgotten that the OP posted on here asking for help and some constructive advice.
My advice would be to contact the CC company explain that you are experiencing some difficulties at the moment and would they be willing to stop all interest and charges and you will be in touch in due course.
Your credit rating will be slightly affected, but as you say you already have a CCJ, so i would hazard a guess that you probably don't want too much in the way of credit in the future anyway, so deal with the here and now.
Only pay whatever you can afford at the moment, even if its £1 per month, your priority at the moment is to be able to afford to live by keeping up with your rent, council tax, gas, electric, food etc.
In the mean time contact someone such as the CAB, look in your local yellow pages, CCCS telephone 0800 138 1111 or the National Debtline Telephone: 0808 808 4000, they will be able to help and advise you on your next step.
We all make mistakes in life, financial or other wise, so lets just hope that none you that are so eager to offer criticism rather than advice fall on hard times during these difficult times.0 -

You may be right, but letting people that have not been bankrupt run them has not worked too well either, in fact they managed to bankrupt a few banks between them:pThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….0 -

Dagnamit!! Somebody got there first! lol
I could go on about how capitalism promotes greed and is the most destructive unnatural force on the planet etc......but I wont (or have I already? hmmmm puzzler!) because all I want to say is this:-
Winnie2007uk: I hope you haven't taken some of the comments posted on here to heart, unfortunately there are some pretty judgemental people out there who have nothing worth saying let alone anything constructive to say.
You are facing up to your problem and that's the main thing. It does not matter, for now, why you are in this situation.
I would recommend calling the CCCS or another charity debt helpline who will have far better advice for you than I can offer.
Good luck and I hope you resolve your situation soon.
All the best
Ray

Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0
