Garry, I am a bit confused. You say you do not live in the Southend area but according to the original newspaper article it says that you attend Southend High School. You say that you live quite close to Basingstoke. But that is over a 100 miles from Southend. Does that mean you travel a long way each day to attend school? Now you are also taking about Reading. What has that got to do with either Southend or Basingstoke?

The guys a liar through and through, he doesnt attend his registered office..... its just a place for his mail to be forward to his house, oh and he called me a criminal....

trisontana I do not live close to Basingstoke or Southend. I travel 3.5 hours per day to get to college in Southend.

It would be quicker for me to get from my house to Reading than from my house to Southend.

lol liar liar your pants on fire:j

But you live with your mum and dad in southend dear child

Wow, and you still find time to be the proprietor of a top-quality electronics superstore? Clearly, we have a genius in our midst. Can I have a ride in your DeLorean? 1.21 jiggawatts, isn't it?

Bamber19 everything you have said is just 'hear say'. Companies House changed the details for us but for some reason they have changed the information back and so are investigating the matter for us. Our terms and conditions went on what we were advised by TS. Contact details were not concealed. Due to a javascript error, these were not showing but that issue is fixed now. Your questions are irrelevent and you are the type of person not to help because you will just throw back anything I say in my face so please keep yourself to yourself if you are not a customer.

[Name removed by Forum Team] , if you had run the company properly from the start there'd be nothing to throw back in your face. The problems created are mostly of your own doing, and those which are down to external factors, could ahve been dealt with better rather than ignoring them, or worse responding like a petulant child. You do your company no favours whatsoever by acting in this manner, one could blame your tender years but you're meant to be 16 and running a business, you should have more composure than this and be capable of taking a little criticism which you have earned. I wish you great success, as for that to come you would have to get your act together and you may finally have customers with a smile on their face.

Javascript error or not that is not an excuse, the rules are not "Contact details must be displayed, but for in the event of a javascript error"

My questions were genuine, it was a simple collation of some important questions which were asked by your customers (glad to see they are irrelevant to you) with the exception of those regarding HMRC which were left out simply because it is not something that is relevant to customer service, although i'd expect it is something that keeps you awake at night.

P.S you deliberately ignored the question about claiming to close the business in order to deal with existing customer problems whilst in reality trying to move it to another site and continuing to offer products provided custoemrs made payment over the phone with a credit card.
