Luke1081 the police investigation went fine and they came to the conclusion that because of Barclaycard, I was unable to refund, not because I was fraudulent. NOTICE: YOU ENTER OUR WEBSITE AND YOU ARE BANNED, WE SHALL PLACE AN ENFORCEMENT NOTICE AGAINST YOU AND ENSURE YOU DON'T.

What nonsense, it wasn't fraudulent because you were unable to refund the money which you had defrauded individuals of. "I couldn't give it back" is not a defence where you've randomly double charged individuals, or worse simply taken extra payments of unrelated amounts from others without authorisation. Why not this time think about your conduct and engage your brain before opening your mouth. It's been said plenty of times by plenty of people, you make mistakes and people immediately judge you on them but ultimately it is how you deal with mistakes that will be remembered and which people will consider. It looked like you may have finally been thinking straight when you offered to address questions but as quick as [Name removed by Forum Team] the businessman had come to say his piece, [Name removed by Forum Team] the little boy made an appearance and it was back to "fingers in ears, I've done nothing wrong, it's your fault not mine" time. If you'd just apologised and tried to sort things out this thread would be much shorter and the last psots in it would be " at least he took some responsibility, owned up for his mistakes and got it all sorted. Sadly, this was not the case.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I understood that there was no legal way he could get the I.P address from any site he did not control. If so he would not know the location of anyone contributing to this thread.

Perfectly legal and easy way, yep.

Sorry if I read this wrong but is he stating that he has to travel 3.5 hours a day to get to school because there are no other grammar schools closer???

If you could confirm where you lived then maybe we could help you find a better school closer to home where you might be able to get a better education?

Oh and don't bother telling me it's none of my business and that because I'm not a customer I don't have a right of opinion. You're posting in an open forum for the whole world to see, so I have every right to post what I want - as someone said earlier - Freedom of Speech is a wonderful thing ;)
