Can you answer about the issue of the company name displayed being different form the one on record at companies house?

There is also the issue about the absurd terms and conditions full of nonsense and false legalese?

Why do you claim to have closed the business while you were sorting things out when in fact it would appear you were desperately trying to move the business around and hide it from MSE users, should your efforts at that time not have been 100% put into sorting things for custoemrs who felt scammed, and let's get it clear they were scammed when you took double payments and unauthorised payments.

and finally the issue of concealing all contact details for a period of time, what was that about and was it in keeping with the law?

These are just a few of the issues brought up in this thread which have so far been ignored. There isn't meant to be any malice in this post, it's just a few issues that it would seem people would like answers to and you ahve suggested you are willing to answer questions. Let's stick to facts and the truth though and don't litter your posts with cheap insults when the reality is that some of the psoters in this thread are actually more succesful than you (the world is not simply [Name removed by Forum Team] and McDonald's employees, there's a lot worse, a lot in between and a hell of a lot better)

whilst it is impossible to be sure I'm not convinced it isn't him.

mostly due to the long period of inactivity, had he been a someone just out for a wind up I would have thought his activity in this thread would have been much higher, trolls just want the attention, but that's just my opinion.

would almost be a shame if it wasn't him, 80 court cases :T

I think it is him. Without being insulting, the style of his posts are very much in keeping with the terms and conditions on his website.

If your such a business man, you should accept the comments and say "Yep i accept your opinion", BUT NO he has to act like an immature T-wat!

Hi Trisontana thank you for your question. I do not live near Southend and do not live in Southend. In fact the travelling time to Southend is the equivalent of being in Reading. Every company has to have a registered office address and so Basingstoke is our new registered office with much newer technology, more expensive but newer technology thats easier to use. Commuting isn't relevant.

Thank you foster123. No-one in fact on this forum is actually a customer. I hope this resolves your query.

ChrisCobra obviously you don't understand the word relevant. Look at it in the English Dictionary.

Bamber19 everything you have said is just 'hear say'. Companies House changed the details for us but for some reason they have changed the information back and so are investigating the matter for us. Our terms and conditions went on what we were advised by TS. Contact details were not concealed. Due to a javascript error, these were not showing but that issue is fixed now. Your questions are irrelevent and you are the type of person not to help because you will just throw back anything I say in my face so please keep yourself to yourself if you are not a customer.

Oh this guy really is funny, i sent a pvt message asking how the police investigation was going and he called me a "!!!!!!"

[Name removed by Forum Team] does indeed live in southend, hes changed his registered office because his previous firm of solicitors chucked him out....

I wonder if the technology at his previous registered office was in fact an abacus and hes upgraded to a BBC mirco......

    Silly silly boy....

Garry, I am a bit confused. You say you do not live in the Southend area but according to the original newspaper article it says that you attend Southend High School. You say that you live quite close to Basingstoke. But that is over a 100 miles from Southend. Does that mean you travel a long way each day to attend school? Now you are also taking about Reading. What has that got to do with either Southend or Basingstoke?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
