Today, I sent a convincing email to [Name removed by Forum Team] pretending to be a customer wishing to purchase the Samsung F700 for only £319.99 with a chance to win the Sony Vaio! I said I didn't have a card, so could I have his bank details and pay by BACS. This is the reply I got.
"Dear Mister (sic)
It is against the banking law to provide account details to customers and such details may only be provided if a situation of collaboration and trust has been established according to the banking code. AS (sic) you have not placed an order with our Group (sic) before, you are commiting (sic) an offense (sic) even by asking for such details. I have noted your IP address and passed it on for procicution (sic) and criminal record processing; With a criminal record you will lose your job and will not be able to look after your family. Please refrain from contacting us again.

Just imagine if I had been a genuine customer!!!!!0 -
That boy is a moron! He has no idea of the workings of either criminal or civil law. Of course it's not an "offense" to provide bank-account details to enable a money transfer. I have used that method several times to transfer money to somebody. In fact my bank (Nationwide) even allows you to do this on-line.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I think calling [Name removed by Forum Team] a moron is very unfair to morons; amoebe would be more fitting, the original latin name being "amoebus terms et conditionus"0 -
Surely if the individual with whom this thread is about, was making enough money, would he not a PR firm to help assist him with his plethora of problems concerning his excuse for a business!
I was thinking about purchasing a new computer, but i shall toddle off to the Apple Store, a bit more reputable in my mind!!! lol

James Gilmour, maybe you could be so kind to provide a print screen of that email you sent and received a reply to;
I don't think it exists does it young man! I suggest you say sorry.
Although no-one cares it was in fact a Nigerian lady at Trading Standards I approached last year to confirm she was happy with our terms and conditions before being put into practise. It is not my fault I was advised wrongly and thus this matter has now been resolved. Those who were awaiting refunds had delays because Barclaycard had disabled the facility for us to refund, so I had no other option but to sit back and wait until I could. I can confirm that every single previous issue has now been resolved and I am happy. In this time I felt it courteous to keep the company closed until all parties were happy.
For the rest of you, you're so dumb for believing all the blatant lies in these forums. Furthermore, you also have no life to sit on here every evening but whatever floats your boat - at least I'll have one! You don't even seem to have a single brain cell. You don't even know the beginnings of me; you don't even know that a Mr [Name removed by Forum Team] is actually making a tidy sum through investment in other countries right now and GC's PC's is not his earner. You also lack the knowledge that I do huge amounts of community and charity work.
I shall be doing a sponsored event next year to Bordeaux and back hoping to raise £25,000 for Little Havens Hospice. Life isn't about the money people and I would never steal any. Life is the best you can make of it and I have been living the dream I wanted - having my own business and you're all just jealous that at the ages you are now you don't own your own businesses and all those years ago you would've never thought about it.
Enjoy your jobs in McDonalds! I might pop in some time for some more fatty food - get to see me more often.
Enjoy pondering in mystery as to what I really do - you can stay that way after being so mean. Would you really want to treat your children the way you have treated me? There was in fact someone, I now know who, said they can celebrate and they are overjoyed that my mum is dead. Is that really acceptable behaviour? Is it really acceptable they tried to use someone elses details and place the blame on them? Seriously you are the ones that deserve to be locked up.
You are all such idiots. When I have my Ferrari I shall ensure your car is covered in exhaust fumes and I live the life.
Goodbye everybody - sleep tight and keep your windows closed. You wouldn't want anyone breaking in now would you.

And all she asked for was to send her £20,000 through western union0 -

Had the current terms & conditions on your site verified since then? By someone who might actually know a thing or two about consumer law and trading standards?. You also lack the knowledge that I do huge amounts of community and charity work.

Sorry, I forgot. I do admit to being completely and utterly jealous of you ripping people off with overpriced products, taking unlawful charges and awful, awuful serviceYou are all such idiots. When I have my Ferrari I shall ensure your car is covered in exhaust fumes and I live the life.
Don't suppose you can see the contradiction between this last piece I've quoted and the part highlighted in bold (this is what I mean by in bold) can you?0 -

wow, by speedboat?at least I'll have one!
PLEASE don't give it (your dream life) up, I guess it wasn't intentional but you've provided so much entertainment in this thread I would really miss you and your truly extraordinary website, those prices! comedy gold :T
keep it up0 -
Oh yes, how terribly rude of me, I forgot my manners (but RCW has prompted me) so while you're reading this...
Thank you so much for all the entertainment. A couple of months ago I had a severe accident and was confined to the sofa for nearly 2 months. Your antics, as detailed on here and on Digital Spy, passed many an hour while I was unable to move.
I hope no-one who's had the misfortune to lose money to this cowboy are offended at my finding the situation entertaining, it's not meant to cause offence. I hope you've got any monies lost back by now, if not good luck with your endeavours.0
