I have just been looking at their "fair usage policy" . As well as that stupid statement about talking about the company's name(s) you get all this garbage :-

All emails or messages not applicable to the correct department shall be discarded.

All emails or messages applicable to the correct departments shall be read and if necessary, replied to.

Any excessive emails or messages shall be discarded within reason.

Any emails or messages deemed to be spam shall be discarded.

Any emails or messages deemed to the advertising shall be discarded.

Any emails or messages containing hate or offensive language shall be pursued and reported to the police.

We do not have to reply to emails or messages from non-customers.

We, at any time reserve the right to block your emails or messages and email address.

We, at any time reserve the right to ban and block you from our website. Any farther attempts shall be reported to the police and legal proceedings may follow.

We, at any time reserve the right to terminate a phone call.

If a customer is rude or offensive over a phone call, the call shall be terminated, we will trace the location of the call and the matter shall be reported to the police.

We reserve the right to delete a customer from our database.

You agree for us to log your internet activity on our website as an extra form of security.

By using our website you also agree to receiving emails or messages and letters updating you on the progress of the company and showing current offers. We do not send newsletters.

If you owe us money through any means for example, receiving your goods and then issuing a chargeback, you then have both your money and goods and is completely illegal. We will then be entitled to any course of action to recover the funds plus additional collection fees. We may seize assets, freeze bank accounts and at no point, refrain from contacting you until we receive full payment. Undesired actions against you may be a result of non payment or refusal to pay. Similarly, if we owe the customer money, you must address the matter to be resolved by the company by contacting legal@gcspcs.co.uk . Failure to do so or if you attempt seeking funds before hand through other avenues will result in termination of your account, blocking from all of our services and may result in a criminal record.

Providing incorrect information is misleading and an offence. We shall take action against yourself if you deliberately do so.

We reserve the right to claim all reasonable costs from the person responsible.

I like this little gem :-

"Similarly, if we owe the customer money, you must address the matter to be resolved by the company by contacting legal@gcspcs.co.uk . Failure to do so or if you attempt seeking funds before hand through other avenues will result in termination of your account, blocking from all of our services and may result in a criminal record".

Does that mean that if you try and sue the boy-wonder through the Small Claims Court for the return of your money you will end up with a criminal record? What planet is this idiot on?

Well I'm back in, I wonder if he'll set the police on me.

He is still taking payments over the phone by credit card, but this made me laugh, pay by cheque, but no address to send it:
    Pay By Cheque
Please make cheques payable to GC's PC's.
We can only accept payments in pounds sterling. You may pay by bank transfer or Cheque using the details above.

I might get my 15 year old nephew to apply for the salesman job, the pay looks good and the prospects for the company look good for the short period. An enterprising young man like [Name removed by Forum Team] should have no problem employing another teenager who also wants to do well.

If he declines to offer my nephew the job I might sue him under the age discrimination laws through a court in Australia. I have looked it up and its the Erinsborough Court that deals with these cases

It's known as [Name removed by Forum Team] .

[Name removed by Forum Team] was formed from a Black Hole into which was drawn the copied text of a million Earthly T&Cs thereafter reconstituted as an impenetrable mass.

[Name removed by Forum Team] is in equal parts gaseous and dense.

Animate life has been identified though not as we know it, Jim.

There is a spoken language as well as a separate, written one. But neither are English.

The Federation Star Chart lists [Name removed by Forum Team] as innately hostile to visitors.

Landing without prior consent is strictly prohibited and may result in a criminal record or -- worse -- a Gift Voucher.

[Name removed by Forum Team] is planetarily classified as an Obnoxious Dwarf.

The Obnoxious Dwarf's orbit is erratic and atmosphere, pretty thick.

A capacity to self-destruct has been identified.

Though the terrain was once thought to be so inhospitable no human being could survive it, Admiral Serena Thompson of the starship Newcastle reportedly came back with a Sony Vaio laptop harvested from the Sea of Southend (Mare Essex.)

[Name removed by Forum Team] is owned and operated by The Emperor Ming through his subsidiary Globally Located Craters Group, a division of Basingstoke International.

    Does this help?

PS: the Federation has asked me to emphasise that Globally Located Craters Group, otherwise known as GLC Group, of which GCsPcs of [Name removed by Forum Team] claims to be a part, has no connection at all with

    http://www.theglcgroup.com/site/

It is thus a mystery of galaxy-wide proportions as to why GCsPcs of [Name removed by Forum Team] continues to Klingon to this confusing affiliation.

Wouldn't it be more civilised to let your nephew just apologise for whatever it is he's done to you rather than pursue this excessively punitive course?????
  • He won't make any money if the customer order ends by him requesting you telephone him and give him your card details over the phone; in addition, most of the time the London 0203 telephone number does not connect or simply rings out and ends with an answerphone message.

Most people who buy online simply expect to complete their order online and, a percentage certainly, will abort once you get to a payment page that is as blatantly stupid as the one dumbo currently uses. When he does find another card merchant, I'll be there like a flash emailing details of dumbo's previous accounts with PayPal, Protx, Google Checkout and Barclays Merchant Services.

One payment method he hasn't tried yet is that old scammer's favourite Western Union. Perhaps that's the next on his list.

Are you a top rated salesperson? Want to Earn Up to £2,000 a week in sales?
Click here or email [EMAIL="legal@gcspcs.co.uk"]legal@gcspcs.co.uk[/EMAIL] and become part of one of the UK's fastest growing companies

Wow does this mean his solicitors also promote his illegal trade as well as (apparently) run it.

I see what you mean marleyboy, thinking laterally it would be best for me to recommend my 15 year old nephew joins GC'sPCs as his solicitor. He could earn much more doing that, there must be lots of work to do eg answering all the emails that come in (Complaints and Job Applicants), dealing with the police investigation and dealing with trading standards. There would also be a lot of work handing out criminal records to anyone who owes GC'sPCs money or misleads them. I notice that [Name removed by Forum Team] reserves the right to recover money owed to him in any way. My nephew could come in handy for this as he could go to any debtors childrens schools and nick their dinner money off of them every day until the bill was paid (Obviously plus admin fees).

My nephew has a weird outlook on life so he would be great at spending hours dreaming up new terms and conditions for GC'sPCS and he would get paid for it.

Where would my nephew apply for the job as GC'sPCS solicitor, would I be right in assuming you apply through legal@gcspcs.co.uk ?

I keep getting the IP block on his site, but over and over as its just TOO EASY to proxy the site, constantly I tempt my fate to the police calling me, but alas, I don't think he intends to get them involved, particularly as he knows they already ARE, just not so much in his own favour.

Still as a course of daily activity, I at least muster a few minutes in my day to re-enter his site, all too ready to spill the beans, heck its gotta be worth taking the risk. :D:D:D:D

Still I feel its our duty to warn any potential victims (in case after seeing the site they arent convinced enough) STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
