4) has the same bizarre/illegal terms and delivery modalities
5) uses an identical checkout process
6) uses the same store software
7) is written in the same appalling english
8) offers gift certificates with the same maximum value of £5,000
9) is registered by the same man in Southend on Sea
10) deliberately opts out of disclosing domain registration details

In fact, even if you assign a ridiculously high probability of 10% to every on of the 10 items, the chances of the site being run by someone unrelated is 0.00000001%, i.e. one in a hundred million

If that was the address you sent it to, the clue might be in the spelling!:D

Sorry to steal your thunder, as your previous posts have been brilliant, however, should you not give these points some consideration?

1. There is a good possibility the website may have been set up by this Tuncay individual as a bit of a sideline, then simply became bored or didn't make any sales. After all, another user has found a struggling actor of the same name in the same city;
2. The T&C's may have been cut/pasted from some CubeCart forum or CubeCart users wizard, hence their similarity. there are a number of websites and apps which offer these services to cubecart users;
3. Some of the gift voucher options, deal of the day etc may already be built into the CubeCart software;
4. There is no SOLID PROOF that the domain is registered in the Southend address, all we have is a forum user 'claiming' to have the details from a secret source....The chance of this being someone having a laugh is pretty high;
5.gcs pcs did not sell TV's;
6. {Removed by Forum team} did not opt out of displaying registrant details for gcs pcs, even when impulsetech had been 'found out'.
7. It appears you have sent your etelectronics email to the wrong address!



I am all for seeing this lad being punished for what he has allegedly stolen via gcs pcs. Until there is ABSOLUTE PROOF (possibly by way of a dummy order, or a reply from Tuncay Whatsisname), this shouldn't really be discussed, especially as the {Removed by Forum team} family are out on bail!

Whether it is {Removed by Forum team} or not, the fact is it is another dodgy outfit (chances are it is {Removed by Forum team} - but we shall wait and see), if it turns out to be him, it will just be another {Removed by Forum team} trial, completely separate to this one. However scams like this be they from {Removed by Forum team} or some Nigerian payback, should be exposed into the public for all potential victims to see.

{Removed by Forum team} will never be able to slip n slide as easily again, (as in this case), wherever he jumps to next, he is going to be spotted almost as quick as he can click the "next" button.

I think even HE is smart enough to know that much. (though not much)
