no contact details in the contact us section either, only email addresses. I thought you had to list a company address?

The .com address redirects to the .co.uk address.

The .com domain is registered to "Ganidagli, Tuncay"

There's an address there for him - try a whois.net lookup, and it looks like it's a flat in Islington. I'm not finding anything else at the same address, so I don't think it's a mailforwarding address like {Removed by Forum team} tends to favour.

Although this site and gcspcs.co.uk seem to have a lot in common, especially in the T&Cs which I've not found on other Cubecart sites, so I don't think it's the default Cubecart setup - In my opinion, Tuncay either is {Removed by Forum team}, one of his mates, or is someone stupid enough to try to copy {Removed by Forum team} T&C for his own use, unaware of the whole gcspcs fiasco.
• is this one actually a company though? I haven't had time to look but is it incorporated?

I think the following people need to be made aware of {Removed by Forum team}'s new scam at https://www.etelectronicsstore.co.uk

1) Simon Dovaston of Essex Police
2) Essex Trading Standards
3) Dinah Greek of Computer Active
4) Nick Sommerlad of the Daily Mirror
5) PayPal (remember to tell them the email id used by this scum is tuncay84@gmail.com)

Hi Guys,

Although the website is extremely similar, and someone has claimed it is registered at a Southend address, please remember there is NO absolute proof that the {Removed by Forum team} are actually behind www.etelectronicsstore.co.uk.

It would be irresponsible to begin a witch hunt on a legitimate web shop not associated with {Removed by Forum team}.

Until the proof arrives....I would advise to ignore!

Has anyone suggested that this {Removed by Forum team} may actually be mentally ill? Not saying he is but it could explain some of his actions. The guy has just been nicked and he's up starting a new site...surely not!

Tuncay Ganidagli needs to be contacted too....he could settle the argument as to wether this new site is his or not. I would want to know if some little toerag was impersonating me on a website.
• According to my friend at the registrar company, the owner of etelectronicsstore.com is also David Mason of Southend on Sea; she said the actual website owner can nominate anyone to be the administrative and technical contact, and can remain anonymous.

The mobile telephone number for "Tuncay" (07525 056207) is fake and the electoral roll lists a Caroline Price as living at 15 Swan House,Oackley Road, Islington, London N1 3LN; the address is in fact "Oakley Road", not "Oackley Road", which is someone who actually resides there would clearly know.

I just sent an urgent email to legal@etelectronicsstore.co.uk (as there are no telephone number or company or address details anywhere on the site), asking the website owner to distance himself from gcspcs.co.uk and referring him to the most recent discussion on this forum.

The email was receipted, so I know it was received; if there is no reply, we can draw our own conclusions.

By the way, click on http://www.etelectronicsstore.co.uk/admin.php?_g=login&goto=%2Fadmin.php if any of you remember www.gcspcs.co.uk/shop/admin you'll notice the similarities

nsspy.org lists an 'etelectronicsstore.com ' as being listed new on 123-reg.... for 12/09/2008

http://www.nsspy.org/archive/123-reg.co.uk/2008-12-09/1.html

this same .com address does become .co uk...
Im not hugely intelligent about all this but as a consumer, i do question how a website supposedly set up in 2008 is directed to a website that says in the about section, that it 'has just been born' then goes on to say 'company recently formed in early november 2008' etc....no witch hunt, but i may just dust the culdron off as there is abit of an 'aroma' :o
'Normal' is a dryer setting.

I think these other domains probably already existed.

gcspcs.co.uk
Registered on: 11-Jul-2007

gcspcs.com
created: 03-Dec-2008

impulsetechuk.com
created: 06-Feb-2009

percorsof1.co.uk
Registered on: 24-Jan-2009

percorsof1.com
Creation Date: 26-Jan-2009

etelectronicsstore.com
Record created on 08-Dec-2008.

It would need some foresight to have registered all these sites in advance
(although admittedly they probably weren't all intended for the same use).

Unless of course the plan was always to keep dumping a site when the heat got too much and move on to the next one? That would surely make the press release/football club sponsorship deal etc. all seem a bit of a waste of time and money though?

Also, why the attempts to obscure the registrant details on sites registered EARLIER than sites where the registrant is easily traced back to {Removed by Forum team} (e.g. impulsetechuk.com)? You would have thought he would have stuck to the strategy of avoiding using his own name, rather than reverting back to using it after using false names?

If this new one is one of {Removed by Forum team} , then I wouldn't expect it to be the last, there could well be a bunch more waiting in the wings to be wheeled out - and us telling him how we managed to link each new one back to him will be allowing him to perfect his camoflaging technique.

I'm not convinced {Removed by Forum team} is the brains behind all this - if you are intent on ripping people off, you don't stick your face in the local and national newspapers, saying how great you are.
