In my experience they don't seem to care.
I think that's what I've found so annoying. They don't seem to understand what my problem is, and think I should be happy to accept whatever is left.0 -

I've not even got any no's from my last submissions, I did them to my boyfriends address rather than mine so I knew which flights I was getting answers too.
No reply to my letter, or any of the emails I've sent.
