Hi all.
Got my fourth bill today. I took out the 6630 in OCT 05 for 3.99 p/m (12months) and I am going to send my first chequeback.
Just to confirm: do i only send the very first page of my bill or do i send every single page in. sorry to ask a stupid question but this is not at all stated.
Second question: can anyone please confirm the correct and most upto date address to send the bills to...
I assume the address I have for them is correct but would prefer to confirm this just to be sure...
Thanks!

make sure you send a covering letter and post via recorded delivery.0

Hi all, I have had a fair bit of dealing with CPW and redemptions and you only need to send the 1st page of your bill in but send 2 pages in if you want. What I would recommend though is send it by registered post which guarantees delivery by 1pm next day and costs for a letter around £3.95, a lot of people think that sending a letter by recorded post guarantees delivery IT DOSENT as I have found to my cost in the past!0

you dont need to waste money on guaranteed delivery. Recorded post can be traced online via the roay mail website and a confirmation call to CPW allows the operator to put a messgae on your account that your letter has arrived. Even if your first attempt doesnt get there, you have 60 days to try again. But recorded delivery has a low failure rate i suspect. So save yourself the money!0

you dont get a 2nd chance as they only accept the original0

I've recently sent in my documents under the same offer. I bought 2 phones and actually sent copies of the front page of the 4th bill. I also sent a 'idiot proof' covering letter with every reference number I could find and fully explaining what I was expecting. I sent them both in the same envelope by Special delivery and 10 days later have had texts back from CPW confirming reciept and to allow 30 days for a 'response'.
Been very happy until now with the service and the phones.
here's hoping it continues!0
