For tablecloths I've also wondered about getting some ivory kingsize flat sheets.....any thoughts to that?0

I think that would be a fab idea - have you got a dunhelm mill or matalan close by? Or even asda! They all do cheap sheets in various colours!

My friend bought white fabric from the market, £1 metre and she then made the cloths herself. These cloths were first used for when my son and her daughter married and have been used at least 10 times since for weddings within our circle of friends. If you have an aunt/mum etc that can sew then why not ask them to make the cloths for you.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

Oooo great! Yep think there might be a dunhelm about somewhere....:think: Matalan is not tooooo far away in colchester.... Asda is the closest! Thanks! Will have to go looking. Probably get away with double even, as kingsize is 275x275cm i think....0 -
