I've got it! The delivery men have just left. It's well within the lead time too!

It's really lovely. I'm amazed at the quality, it's so heavy! Don't know how I'd have got it in my car had I needed to pick it up, the poor thing wouldn't have been able to move!

I forgot to add that in my experience the furniture is ALL extremely heavy. Also (although obvious) it is all solid wood and comes built, no flat packing, so make sure you have room to get the dimensions of the furniture through any doors or up any stairs

I have bought 8 large light mango wood (next Dakota style) items from the containerclearancecompany on ebay, and I must say the furniture is SUPERB as is the delivery. Nothing of mine has come damaged, and its always delivered within just a few days. Happy to post pictures if anyones after any of their light mango in particular.

It is finished nicely, but is also semi rustic wood, so the grain is like art in itself. Also bits like the underneaths are NOT finished and waxed, only the parts that show.... but its much cheaper than next! I give them 10/10 !

Is this the Mantis range? I'm interested in this as we are moving soon. We have 3 young children plus one on the way so don't want to spend too much but do want something other than Ikea which isn't bad but we've had Ikea stuff for 8 years now .

I'd love to see photos of what you bought - did it work out cheaper than the website?

I will put some photos up at the end of the week, as we actually have all the furniture out right now while we sand our floors... will take a few soon though....

Yes its the light mantis range... If you use the "make an offer" part of ebay to put in an offer around 10% lower it is instantly accepted and works out slightly less than the website with 5% off I believe... But you may want to check item by item as not everything is priced the same across their site and ebay.

Oh no - Rivendell 2 Drawer Coffee Table in Medium Oak has jumped back up to 162.20 from 108.13, since a few days ago. I'm going to look elsewhere.
