When I was a bridesmaid at 4 I carried a rag doll dressed in the same outfit as me and I've still got it. It was a lovely and lasting gift. We did the same last year for my sister's wedding. My daughter then aged 5 had a rag doll dressed in the same outfit as her, the dressmaker made it at the same time as the dresses and my twin sons who were only two carried teddies with little waistcoats and trousers all made to coordinate with the bridesmaids. They all looked very cute and I hope they will keep them for years too.0

You could ask their mums to get them to bring a favourite teddy or doll each and then add a ribbon to coordinate with your flowers - I think little kids get really attached to their favourite toys... Might give them more confidence (or keep them quiet during the ceremony!!!)0

These are what my younger bridesmaids carried only they were ivory with ivory flowers on. My mum sewed some lilac ones as well to tie in with the colour scheme. They were very cute and handy for them to store all their 'treasure' in on the day.:smileyhea0 -
We just got married at christams and the two little one carried teddies, the thing is kids like teddies so they dont get bored and sling them in the pews.0

Still loved, still missed and very dear
