    Evening all

    Denise Happy Birthday!
Johanne well done to your OH
Flower thanks for the input with the varnish, it's much more red than the walnut so thinking might be mahogany. If the LL haddn't made such a pigs ear painting it I wouldn't be having to do it, but it's a mess and driving me nuts!

Been having a sort of relaxing evening so resisted posting as I would feel guilty for not getting off my bottom! I'd have just gossiped and filled the thread with chatter, then got in trouble!

Had a bit of a natter on Facebook about phones, DP said for a change I shouldn't get a cheap one/have his old one and get something to help me be more organised, reducing the reliance on my laptop coming everywhere. Found out an old friend (I haven't seen for about 8 months) works in phones now, so he's offered to show me some, bonus. He's known me long enough not to try the hard sell :)

I'm resisting kicking off with DP this evening, decided I'll deal with it tomorrow. Since getting WIL to pay off his CCs he's used them three times, also used mine (with my permission) and today I had to bail him out paying for his diesel which should come from his budget. What wound me up the most is he said he was putting less in then because I was there he filled it. Grrr! Anyway at midnight I am not arguing about it and going to bed all shouty, it can wait until after toddlers tomorrow.

Ok flying, I did a washer load, half emptied the DW, hung washer load on airers. That's all :) Retiring for the evening. Morning will be shower, kids sorted, dash to school, collect Matthew, drive back for toddlers, drive back to drop Matthew off....collapse in heap! Oh and scream at school....long story!
One day I might be more organised...........

Kitchen now relatively tidy... gym kit packed. Lunch made for 2 days, fruit peeled/sliced for tomorrow, yogurt cooking (I'm not crazy about home made yogurt, but I won't have enough to get me through the week if I don't make a batch tonight), DW on, kitchen bin emptied.

Drinking fennel tea while making hot water bottles, then off to clean teeth and go to bed... so no earlier tonight either, not tired, and will probably oversleep again in the morning :o Hopefully Flower is doing better... it looks as if most of you are!

Oh yes... and I paid a cheque into my bank account (well, posted it to the bank) and changed the DD into my old savings account... once I've finished the utility room and resolved the decisions about the bed/mattress/table, I'll increase the DD to my new one... I suppose I should sort out moving my current account too, given the state of the banking sector!

    Hope everyone sleeps well!

Oh dear - I've just decluttered a whole multipack of Salt & vinegar snack-a-jacks... I don't think thats the idea since they're supposed to be a healthier option than crisps. :o

Also decluttered some paperwork from my NVQ folder and discovered 4 pages of work I'd forgotten I'd done :rotfl::rotfl: So thats now printed out on white paper ready to hand to my tutor on Thursday and I will complete pages 5 onwards (table on child development in 4 areas over 16 years - sounds worse than it is ;) ) tomorrow in school during break/lunch IF I can get a laptop.. hmmm do I take mine and then mess when I get home tomorrow after placement transferring it... I think I might incase computer club is on again  Must make sure my lunch is classroom (or at least corridor) friendly as I'm not even going to attempt to go down to the staffroom unless its wet lunch! What I'll do if its wet lunch I don't know... might hide in the art cupboard, "create" or "space" (don't ask :rotfl: ) if I can find a socket.

Right, best clear the rainforest off the dining table and try to find some clothes for tomorrow. I'm going to have to wear my trainers again as my knee is crunching something wicked, probably a combination of slipping on ice this morning, being sat at a desk for nearly 3 hours, going up and down stairs numerous times and then the Tai Chi tonight  Oh well, at least I can claim its because the class I'm with have PE after lunch :rotfl::rotfl:

    Night all

    Morning everyone

I've decided not to think any more about jobs until the weekend. I've had a very disturbed night with lots of dreams and wakefulness. It can only be down to thinking about that. So enough for now!

I will fly when I get in from work tonight. The spare room's really up together so I'll concentrate on the bathroom

    Have a good day ladies

    Morning everyone

I did manage a bit of flying yesterday. I did the bathroom, which was grim, but is now beautiful. Then I feel asleep for 3 + plus hours and woke up at 6.00pm:o

    Sort out dirty washing.
    [STRIKE]Do 2 loads of washing.[/STRIKE]

    Tidy & S&S bathroom.
