    Ditto that!

 Having checked the cards I have balanced transferred from (on 31st Dec) and noticed that neither account has been credited I have phoned up to be told, in effect, that the money has left them...but hasn't been credited to the two cards yet. So my siggy is wrong - and I have another month's interest to pay
They have suggested I check again - I was told it might take 15 days but this is longer than that...
I feel a stiffly worded letter coming on...think my avatar says it all :rotfl:

Firstly Well DOne Johanne- great news re the job.

Everyone had a letter from the school to check for head lice and I THINK that DS has some. They are little tiny black specks.

    Question
What I want to know what is the best thing to buy as I will get DD done as well as she has long hair, prob do me to as I have long hair as well.

Personally, I have found that the good old fashioned conditioner and nit comb have been the best way as most lotions and potions I've used either have'nt worked or have but only on the live ones and not the eggs (despite what the say). I have got a brill nit comb though, it costs £10 ish from Boots but is absolutely worth it as it also gets of eggs as well and has a life time guarantee. It has very long teeth (about 3 inches) the teeth twist and have little notches in, its brill. The other nit comb I found very useful was the one with two rows of teeth. (£3.oo ish) bought mine from morrisons. Electric one was absolutely useless. (IMOP) Hope thats of some help to you.:o
    :j:jWell done Johannes partner.:j:j

The only thing on my list today is
    • Defrost freezer
    I may be some time...snow.gif

Hmm...it's not *quite* the arctic wildnerness I was worried about....it might be done, cleaned and refrosted by bedtime. Possibly...if I stay up late :D

The little food I had left in it is in a coolbag on the outside landing (coldest place I can find!).

Got my big lasagna dish full of boiling water in the top, trying to get the worst of it off. Oh, for a frost free freezer....

thats the one you want for nits. Believe me I've tried them all and we've had .....oh about 8 or so years of nitcombing in our house.

It isn't the getting rid of them that is the problem it's the stopping re infection which frankly is impossible.

    Have fun.:D
