    Evening all

Not been posting as work is frantic (what's new?) Sent off 7 job applications by email, 1 by post and got 2 to complete by hand - since 6th January!!!

Trying hard to keep up with flying. I usually manage all my dailies, but not a lot else. Yesterday I did all the washing up to date and cleaned the kitchen including the cooker. Today I've vacuumed right through and done all the ironing.

DS and I also went to a special "concert" at our local Salvation Army last night with the Divisional Youth Chorus, and the Territorial Commander (equivalent of the Archbishop of Canterbury) was a special guest, then today he was leading the services so we enjoyed this morning's but I've got stuff to do for work so not gone to the evening service.

    Welcome all newbies, BTW.

Better make up for it now then ;) ... given that you're on light duties, could you set yourself some goals on form-filling/paperwork/ebaying?

All evidence of cake-making/eating now completely eradicated! Must check my list so see what else I can sensibly do today. Maybe I should get myself ready for work tomorrow first...

    I've been hibernating today:D

I have done the dailies, cooked Sunday lunch, and nipped out to buy bread, but that's it - I had planning to do for school next week, and although I started it on Wednesday, it never quite got finished.

Baby Tabitha and family in my thoughts and prayers.

    Back tomorrow evening after school.

    Hi everyone.
checked the site this morning & thought oh no! a weekend list....! I know its not compulsory but I felt I had to do something as DS had a friend round to play which gave me a spare hour or so. Opened the door to the CUPBOARD UNDER THE STAIRS took one brief look and shut the door quickly as it was just too traumatic. so did 2 separate blocks of 15 mins filing in the study but you can't tell the difference in there...

Took DS out this morning & when we got back we found DH had sorted out THE CUPBOARD UNDER THE STAIRS !!!!!.
I am now under strict instructions to keep it tidy & if he finds any more than 3 plastic bags in there - there will be trouble......

Triker - its not too late to claim back bank charges and you can still go back 6 years. I did mine and got over £5k back!! Which went straight on credit cards, loans etc!!! I really need to do my PPI!! Next week's challenge for me is to clear my paperwork away - am going to do 15mins at least a day, cos I'm sure there are bills etc that haven't been paid and I need to sort out my SOA again, after OH moved back in!!

Today we've had a lovely family day - went to the kids film at the cinema and then to the pub for a cavery!! Just all had cheese on toast for tea and about to bath and bed the two smellies!! OH is on promotion changeover tonight so an allnighter for him, but a double bed just for me!!
I would watch Lost but I'm still on series 3!! Some catching up to do there!!!

Hope baby is well again soon Pigpen!!

Eagerly awaiting next weeks list!! (How sad am I!!!)
Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:

    Tax return done.

But, I don't know how much I owe. When I went to submit it it timed out. But, when I got back on it says it's submitted OK but I haven't had an email yet.

They also showed me a v. large figure  but said it didn't include any payments made on account so I haven't a clue how much I owe them if anything! The payments on account are slightly less this coming year than they were last year so maybe they owe me money from last year? Who knows? Maybe it'll sort itself out by tomorrow.

But, dinner is on (leg of lamb from the butchers). I need to go and put the roasties in and make the batter for the yorkshires then peel the rest of the veg.
