Hi All,
I am a on-line seller virgin. It's one of those things that I keep meaning to do so I am encouraged by this post.
I'd like to join in if I'm not too late.
Just getting started & registering will be enough of a challenge I feel.
I think I'll start slow with a couple of books I've just finished & list them on Amazon as that sounds the easiest from all your posts.
I hope to get through boxes of stuff cluttering the shed & will be lucky to make £100 by the end of the year.0 -

Hello all!
Not been on MSE for a while, but still been doing my little bits of Ebay, even when I don't have time for much else!!
Huge well done to MrsPorridge and HopeHope for beating their targets - what an inspiration!! :T
Over the last week, I've added another 2 sets of £20 to my total, passing my original target, and taking me to halfway to my revised target. I'm hopeful that I'll beat it by the end of March, and have lots of nice spending money for my holiday, as well as half going on boring bills!
I've found Ebay to be really slow over the last few days, with hardly anything selling or reaching very high prices, so I'm not putting much on, until the prices pick up a little.
I did however, copy over all the listings from GreenMet to Amazon, which I hadn't really used before, so I'm hopeful about that!
Great to hear you're all still working hard, and a huge welcome to the new challengers!LBM - 1/12/08 - Debt £13250

Nellis - how did you get on with your ebay goodies? I only managed to sell one out of the three items I put on ebay last month.
Good to hear people doing so well... I'm amazed that there's so much profit being made and am intrigued at what you might be selling
I've made £10.26 profit today - sounds good, but that's from nine items  Still, it's £10.26 I didn't have yesterday... that's the only way I can look at it.
Keep on keeping on people... we're doing great.0 -
I've got my Tesco Clubcard vouchers in the mail today. £16.50 (I got most of those on deals... my weekly tesco bill is only about £6!)
I usually just spend the vouchers on food in tesco, but hear that people sell these on ebay. Is this an easy/safe thing to do. Has anyone tried this or is trying it now?
Money is going to be really tight so I daren't gamble on losing the vouchers. Can anyone share their experiences or offer any advice?0 -

I believe you have to be careful not to show the barcode/numbers if showing a photograph,as they could be used online to get deals......be careful."Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do."0 -
Hi All
Had another Amazon sale yesterday - £6.62 after postage. I was beginning to give with Amazon, so this is good news!
My ebay stuff is also looking positive. Have 6 (low value) items listed, three now have bids and 4 have watchers, so hoping that the other two will be bid on at the last moment! They're all ending tomorrow, so fingers crossed.
Welcome to choille - you'll get loads of inspiration here! :hello:
Nellis - I hope your stuff sold in the end?
Well done again bing0!
